Which ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ should stay or go?
Loading ...This Thursday and next Thursday, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” will rehash the hair pulling, petty arguments and misunderstandings over two hours of reunion shows. Last year’s was quite a blockbuster when Lisa Wu Hartwell threatened physical violence on Kim Zolciak and Kim and NeNe Leakes exchanged nasty comments about their sexual predilections. We’re expecting more shenanigans this time around. Heck, we’ll be disappointed if there wasn’t a fair share of insults and name hurling.
Now the big question. Who should stay and who should go for season three? I expect the producers will want to sub out at least one lady just to change the dynamics again. I mean, there are only so many ways Kim and NeNe can go at it, eh?
Here are my odds on who will stay and who won’t:
NeNe Leakes: she is the Queen Bee of this group, the one who has best taken advantage of her fame so far from the show. She was probably the most popular housewife last season but her likability has taken a hit this season thanks to her pointless arguments with Kandi Burruss and that choking incident with Kim. There has been rumors of her doing a spinoff but I expect she will stay, though she may demand so much more money, Bravo might turn red. Odds of her leaving: 8-1
Kim Zolciak: She remains a quixotic figure, the only one who spends with abandon and has a strange on-and-off-again relationship with Big Poppa. She is suitably outrageous and while not likable, certainly fascinating to watch along the lines of a seven-car pileup on I-75. Her options, given how people perceive her, are not as broad or deep as NeNe’s. I expect she’ll re-sign though given how broken her relationship with NeNe is, this could cause complications. Then again, as long as the two are willing to converse, Bravo is gambling on MORE drama. Odds of her leaving: 7-1
Kandi Burruss: As the newest member of the crew, she’s a vast improvement over DeShawn Snow in terms of entertainment. She is a successful artist/songwriter and has built a healthy fan base with her level-headedness and smarts. Her bugaboo was dealing with A.J. and her mom, which was a great storyline that is unfortunately over. She is someone I’m sure Bravo would like back given her credibility and the sympathy factor. It’s ultimately up to Kandi if she thinks the spotlight is worth it and will continue to help her jumpstart her singing career. Odds of her leaving: 5-1
Lisa Wu Hartwell. She showed a bit more moxie this season, throwing in several funny bon mots, even though she was seldom in the middle of any of the key drama. Her snarky notes about Sheree were especially amusing. Though she has plenty of side businesses, she seems happily ensconced in RHOA land as long as Bravo wants her. Odds of her leaving: 3-1.
Sheree Whitfield. She came across a bit more relatable this time around vs. season one but as Lisa said, she can be a bit cold and calculating. She was the center of some of the major drama and she needs the show to help generate income and publicity for her She By Sheree line, income she needs post divorce. But I’m sure she’d be happy to hit the exits if she could find the right opportunity – or if Bravo finds fresh blood. Odds of her leaving: 2-1
Ratings for the final episode last Thursday, by the way, were about 3 million viewers. That’s only slightly above the average but solid nontheless.
In other RHOA news, the attorney repping the man accused of killing Ashley “A.J.” Jewell said he may have the charges dropped after news that Jewell may have suffered from sickle cell anemia.

Kandi B. is like fresh breeze to the show. That Lady is w/o a doubt my favorite.That sassy hair-do is the bomb, NeNe a big dissapointment this year. There is a big difference in “keeping it real” and just plain being a bully. Sheree gets my sympathy,shes wears her Diva well, the best quote goes to her”who gonna check me boo!” Poor Kim lets gang up on the white girl, a’int cool,,,,,Kim brings the bling to the show. Lisa’s marriage is cool, Ed her hubby is cool. Now the surpise hit is Dwight, a the guy brings pride to Gay Men. Dude is Coool, more Dwight Kandi, Kim Sheree, Lisa…..Ne Ne though(who knows)

Kandi needs to go. She brings NOTHING to the show. Plain and simple. You need subtitles on the screen when she talkes. She looks like she is in pain every time she talks.
Nene needs to bring it down a notch. She’s a bully. Someone needs to bring her down to size. Punch her in the mouth.
Sheree seems like she needs a friend. Loved her fashion show.
Lisa is so fake. She’s two faced. Keeps up stuff. She appears to be on something. If only Keith Sweat could give us the real story on her….
They need to stop talking about Kim’s wig. SO WHAT she wears a wig. Who doesn’t now days? A weave is a wig too!!!!! Other than her needing to find a man that’s not married, stop drinking and smoking so much. I like her.

LMAO. The real problem is, there is nothing on television to watch but these damn so called reality shows. Besides Kandi, what does any of these women do? Is it an ATL thing, but it seems all the men want to be women and most of the women look like drag queens. Alas, it is my guilty pleasure. I vote Mo’nique as the next Real housewife. I want NeNe gone. She is so ignorant and stupid. She’s constantly calling other people ghetto when her own vocabulary is lacking. What classy woman gets into as many silly, petty, childish arguments and fights as she does? And why does she keep picking on Kandi, like telling her, “I think you owe me an apology”. First of all, I like NeNe. She is a little extra, but she is why I watch. Kandi makes all kinds of faces and doesn’t move her lips when she talks. I think that she is getting sympathy from everyone. She is “better” in a sense than the show, but it’s not entertaining. Kandi was making snipes at NeNe in the beginning and when NeNe went back at her, she was wrong? Now I don’t feel kandi owed her an apology, but it’s REALITY TV. If you look at the AJC pics of Sheree’s fashion show back in the summer, you will see a pic of NeNe and Kandi hugging – doesn’t seem like they hate each other that much to me… So all I’m saying is for people to be jumping on a Kandi bandwagon, that doesn’t mean that you don’t have to like NeNe. And if I had to choose someone to be gone, it would be Sheree. I fast forward thru her footage all of the time. She tries too hard to be something she’s not. Kim is not a housewife either and lately not all that entertaining. Love Lisa and Ed and how she supports her husband. So, I am looking forward to next season. And for those of you who say these women don’t represent Atlanta, did you go to the casting to audition… They did.

i think that they all should stay on the show b/c you can not blame them. they all was close friends befor the show satrted and it stupid b/c they have people around the world that is worst then them they just not on tv and its just a show. NENE is just sticking up for herself. i like kim but she’s sleeping with a married man and i know they have people in this world that sleep with married men are whatever but u on tv keep that to yourself, and im 17 and i know this kind of things. i think they show is GREAT

I love watching these woman front. There is no reality here, but I love the entertainment. Sometimes it is sooo funny. If someone has to go I’m betting on Lisa. I like her but what does she really bring to the show. I think Khandi needs another season to bring some drama on. I want to see it when her and Kim butt heads as we all know they will. Of course theres Sheree pppppppppplease let it be this self centered pretigious woman. That’s it from me!

i think kandi should leave the show because she brings nothing interesting to the show. she needs to focus where her talents are .as for lisa. she is the phoniest one of the cast.i wish she would leave also and learn how to be real. and to nene i would like to say, stop trying to be someone that you are not, be yourself thats what attracted so many to you. i really thought u were a real person. this season i noticed nene had some dental work done and fine tuned some rough edges, maybe that’s what started all this proper talking and fakeness. stop it and be real. that’s what a reality show is about , being yourself.

The only person who needs to leave is that White Homewreaking Tramp Kim, she does not belong on the show; there are not any black women on the other Real Housewives that are all white so why should there be a white women on Real Housewives of Atlanta it could be all black and much better with out the tramp.
