There are hundreds if not thousands of events for mothers on Mother’s day, so I think you might have to ask around because I’m almost positive that there is already a ball for mothers. If you were being sarcastic then that’s silly. I think that for this article we need to leave the mother’s out of it. This is about Fathers.

This was my first dance that me and my step dad attended and I thought it was the greatest thing for him since my mom passed. My dad has not really been able to move on because she was truely his sole mate for 18 yrs until the lord saw fit to take her, and I think he had a great time connecting with the guys and making knew friends and not to mention I love Ryan he is just a down to earth cool dude.

I wish I could have done something like this with my Daddy we were very close. He Died this year April 29 I spent Fathers Day putting flowers on his Grave. I never would’ve thought this time last year that my Daddy Andre wouldn’t be here. He died from a massive stroke which he had on my B-day at my Party April 4. Life is just to fragile to not show & tell the people in your life that you love them. Although I’m 34 yrs. old it still is a very hurtful, feels like I’m 4 yrs. old. I would encourage all Fathers to continue to show your kids that they you love them and are there for them. The Fathers that choose to avoid responsibility GOD HELP YOU . because you reep what you sow & mothers who keep children from there fathers God help you as well.

The same here Marsha..If only I could have one last minute with him. For all of you daughters and fathers that’s not in your daughters lives, think twice. Tomorrow is not promised to us but if you touch today then reach other today. I tell one of my friends every chance I get, his daughter will leave for college this week.. Make her expectations of men as high as you set them. This will make her not accept just anything one or anything… This will help build her character and her choice in men. Happy Fathers Day to all of you Fathers WHO are in your childrens lives and I continue to pray for the ones who would love to be in their children lives and for the ones that have made a bad decision, you can not relive yesterday but strive hard for tomorrow.
