4/10: Weekend mash with the River host Kaedy Kiely’s breast cancer, Praise man CoCo Brother’s syndication deal

Kaedy Kiely, veteran radio host now heard on mornings at 97.1/The River, had surgery yesterday to treat breast cancer. She said it’s “the best case scenerio” right now, with the doctors optimistic they got it all though results won’t be in until next week. Then she’ll know what type of treatment she’ll need in terms of chemo and radiation.

She said she discovered a lump a month ago and thinks she caught it early enough.

Kiely, 49, worked at both 96rock and Z93 for more than 20 years, then was off the air for about four years until the River hired her last year.

You can send her a note through the WSB Web site where the station wrote the following:

Our beloved morning host Kaedy Kiely announced on her show Thursday Morning that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer as she left for her lumpectomy.

Kaedy has been a friend to many and a familiar voice on the Atlanta Airwaves for years and we all just want to wish her well through this personal issue that she wanted to share with all of us.

Kaedy wanted to share this info to all River listeners, men and woman alike, the importance of pre-screening and annual check ups with your physician. Cancer affects many so take the precautions you can to treat and prevent this huge health issure.

Send Kaedy your best wishes as we are sure they will mean the world to her and good luck Kaedy – We are praying for you and your family!

-Radiofacts.com broke the news that Corey “CoCo Brother” Condrey, who airs a night show on Praise 102.5, is going to go syndicated starting tonight. Derek Harper, who runs Praise, confirmed the news with me yesterday.

He’s heard from 7 to 11 p.m. on weekday nights.

The weeknight radio show will be based in Atlanta, broadcasting on WPZE Praise 102.5 FM, and will also initially air on many of Radio One’s inspirational stations in the following markets: Houston, Washington, D.C.,.Philadelphia, Baltimore, Cleveland, Charlotte, Indianapolis, Raleigh, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Richmond.

“CoCo Brother is a lightning rod on the radio who can electrify, inspire, and entertain like only a chosen few. He has been recently as high as number one in the entire Atlanta market with females at nite and he’s currently #2 with women 18 plus in the most recent PPM survey. Needless to say, he significantly outperforms the radio station and we are confident that he will do the same at Inspirational stations all across the country”, says Gary Bernstein, President of Programming, Syndication One.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulates foods and drugs with enormous powers. It has betrayed an unwitting American public by permitting the food supply to become adulaterated; the foods we consume look good, taste good by are for the most part adulterated from nutrients and vitamins due to food processing and efforts of food processors to extend shelf life. The FDA has also failed to acknowledge the prime cause of cancer as discovered by the genius in Germany decades ago Otto Warburg, M.D., Ph.D.: respiratory impairment or oxygen deficiency over a long period of time, or the wrong energy supply, anerobic glycolysis. Cancer was almost unknown over a century ago. Today over half a million victims die every year either from cancer, treatment or both, usually the quack medical treatment approved by the FDA, NIH and the NCI. The reason for this is because the adulterated food supply has prevented adequate oxygen to reach cells as demanded by the experiments and facts proved by Otto Warburg in his laboratory in Germany. The FDA has betrayed the American public in its failure to property regulate the food supply while on the other hand approving dangerous and toxic drugs to treat the disease they are reponsible for causing. All approved cancer treatments in the U.S. are life threatening and mostly a failure, despite the squandering of multi billions of public and private dollars on them over the years. My wife was nearly killed in Athens at Athens REgional Medical Center in 1997, not from breast cancer, but treatment. The chemotherapy killed too many of the wrong cells in the colon (she did not have colon cancer) and permitted a rapidly moving infection to begin there, making a hole in the colon, permitting life threatening bacteria clostridium septicum to enter the bloodstream from which most people die in 24 hours. She had to have part of her colon removed and an illeostomy installed. She moved to Houston, Texas, and lived for over a year to be treated for inflammatory breast cancer. The cost was almost $300,000! The cancer generals must not only be fired, but prosecuted for scientific misconduct, fraud, medical quackery and crimes against humanity.
