Herman Cain thrives, while Ginger White can’t land a job
Once Ginger White declared last year that she’d had a long-term, off-and-on again affair with Herman Cain, his Republican bid for the White House was over – despite the candidate’s insistent denials.
On Friday, the former Dunwoody resident offered a first-person update of what’s happened since. Things haven’t gone so well, she says at Salon.com:
Seven months after the whole spectacle went down, Herman Cain has continued his career as a political eccentric — writing books, landing speaking engagements and hosting his own Web TV network. Meanwhile, I have been called a whore, a liar and a home wrecker. No one will employ me. In the seven months since I stood in front of reporters, cameras and the American public and told them about our affair, this is the question I have most often asked myself: What do I regret the most?
White, incidentally, has moved to D.C. “hoping to move on and get my life back to normal.”

First, I’d like to know where is the PROOF OF PAYMENTS to this woman from “political folks”? I simply say produce receipts, invoices and the like or STFU. Secondly, Herman Cain was thriving long before this so-called “scandal”. He was already a millionaire businessman with a regular evening show on WSB and all of that. The “skank” homewrecker was what she was and is what she is WHERE she is. I’m trying to see the point.

Over the long haul………if you live right and make a concerted effort to be honest/righteous; good things will general happen in your life. The opposite is also true.
This lady agreed to lie (”Top Obama Advisor” David Axelrod found her unemployed and living in a Chicago appartment building and he convinced her to tell the numerous lies)……after she destroyed Herman Cain’s presidential campaign, the Democrats cast her aside since she is no longer a useful pawn.
Who in their right mind would hire a woman who has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that she will claim sexual harrasment in this manner (especially if you add in the fact that she has a history of claiming sexual harrasment against previous employers!!)?
ANYONE who believes this lady’s story is simple minded and does not realize the mainstream media is ultra biased (I call these people the “ignorant masses”).
The mainstream media outlets consistently skew the truth and approach the definition of lies if the story will hurt a Republican and/or help a Democrat.

This piece from Ginger White reeks of self-pity. She is not a sympathetic character.
That said, all the people accusing her of lying might want to remember what Herman Cain ADMITTED about her: 1) he repeatedly sent her money; 2) he never told his wife. There’s only one thing that adds up to. And then he humiliates Gloria by bringing her on television to say she doesn’t believe Ginger’s story. Ginger White may be no good, but Herman Cain is worse.

One must give the accused the benefit of the doubt. If Ms. White does not have court-quality evidence of her claim, one must assume that Mr. Cain is innocent.
The “where there is smoke, there is fire” mindset is wrong. In politics, “where there is smoke, there is a smoke machine”. A thousand accusations do not qualify; there needs to be some evidence.

No, Hot Dog, it is because once you become a public person, i.e. a political candidate or elected official, people may accuse you of all sorts of things, and they are virtually immune from libel and slander laws. Add to that, it would have been a case of “He said – She said”, which under normal circumstances is impossible to prove.

Let’s not be so tough on the lady. Yes, it would seem as if she made up this story to destroy Mr Cain’s political career (the record will note that while I agree with a lot of what he says, I was not a huge supporter of having him as our President). Have seen nor heard any proof of her story and one would think that she would have capitalized on this fame with more media appearances, perhaps a book, etc.
But as I said, let’s not be too tough on the woman. I am sure there are a number of positions suitable for someone with her character. She’s probably trying some of them out with the Democrats right now.
