State Sens. Emanuel Jones, D-Decatur, and Lester Jackson, D-Savannah, before they headed out to the Trayvon Martin protest just getting underway at the state Capitol:

Small note: The hoodies worn by the senators were only a recent fashion conversion. Price tags were still attached.

After the break-ins, Zimmerman’s calls to 911 seemed to shift, zeroing in on black males. Were black males actually responsible for any of the crimes reported in the Retreat? Impossible to say. Morgenstern, the police spokesman, said last week that he was too overwhelmed with media requests to get the arrest records on individual cases.

Well off to work and guess what, I am NOT wearing a hoodie. Wait for it…..because I am NOT a THUG! Stop your damn marching and get a job. Let’s all calm down and wait for justice and the system to work…you know like it did for OJ and Nicole. Oh, she’s dead at the hands of a black man -again THUG! Nobody marched and called for a bounty on OJ. Again, go yo ass to work. Your foodstamp President is about to get his ass beat in the election and then what will you do – riot?

Unless you can walk a day in a Black men shoes as I DID all I have to say is SHUT THE F**K UP!!!! This is why America still has this problem because of racists like YOU!!! Continuing your slave mentality that you are better, Sweet heart wake up your days are limited. I’ve said it before “NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT, THEY’LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE!” I never underestimate the stupidity of IDIOTS! PEACE

Do most of you respond just for entertainment? For you to come back and read the thread later to see who you were able to spark an adverse reaction from? Some of the comments made here are asinine, insensitive, rude, disrespectful and a complete showing of how ignorant, foolish, and ill-educated most of you are. It is really sad that most of us miss the point and that we magnify our own insecurities and discriminatory feelings in some of these comments.
But what I will say is this… go read a book! learn to decipher definitions. Blacks can’t be racist. To be racist means to illicit a an overwhelming ability to influence with power. Regardless of who is sitting in the White House, Blacks have yet to have any real power in this country. Are we at times a bit racially motivated? Yes, but if we are not, then who will be? Who will stand up for us? Clearly not most of you who believe that when Blacks rise up to defend and support one of our own, we become “racist”. I am not racist. I could care less what race ANY shooter, murderer, assassin is… I want justice for ALL people, of all races. However, the overwhelming majority who are least likely to get due process as an offender or victim, are people of color and more specifically Black people. So, don’t misinterpret our support and demand for justice as a racist gesture. It is us doing what the criminal justice, media, and you good ol’ citizens of the United States of America won’t do… #mydollarsworth

KaCey Venning……….Your words say one thing, actions and the words of others say the opposite. This is a tragedy, so many wrongs. Easy to say what people should have done or would have done. Wait on the facts. Is it now appropriate for one race to act and operate as those that a struggle was to overcome?

Please support George Zimmerman. He is not a cold blooded killer. Please give George the benefit of your support as an American citizen. George was cleared of wrongdoing and now he will stand trial for you. But George is not a killer.
