Democrats to boycott effort to remove Barack Obama from Georgia ballot

This entire fiasco should be an embarrassment to the Georgia GOP. But, they’ll probably wear it like a badge of honor as they do every other humiliation they devise.

Wonder what would happen if all defendants were to boycott proceedings when they didn’t feel like the case brought against them had merit. Isn’t that why we HAVE a judicial process? To determine those things? Wow.

I have no position on the case itself, but a “boycott” shows a total disdain for the rule of law in this country. Then again, after signing the NDAA which allows for detention of American citizens on American soil indefinitely without charge or trial…and after assassinating two American citizens who weren’t actually charged with any wrong doing…does this really come as any big surprise? Complete contempt for the Constitution and for the judicial branch.

John McCain was born at Gorgas Hospital in the Canal Zone (a United States territory) until Jimmy Carter gave it away in 1979. The American flag flew over the territory. Gorgas Hospital was called the Walter Reed of the South and only Americans (soldiers and American citizens) were born there. Now go back to your history books and learn about the Canal Zone (not Panama). That’s why no one question Mr. McCain’s birthright. Daaaah.

This is to Real News. My mother was born in 1964 IN MISSISSIPPI and her birth certificate says African American. My aunt was born ALSO IN MISSISSIPPI in 1965 and her birth certificate African American. This fiasco is an embarrasment to Gerogia and to the American people in general!!! The ONLY fault against this man is that he is not a WASP (White Anglo Saxon Protestant) in the White House. Being that this country has elected an Irish American to the office of President (President Kennedy) and has had a Greek-American as Vice President (Spiro Agnew), one would think that having an African American President would show the world that we are so far beyond the worldwide images of the whole Jim Crow massacre. Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, HI two years after Hawaii became a state. Therefore making him an American. End of story!! LET IT GO!! Personally I have never been a fan of the “natural born citizen” clause. As long as a person is a citizen and has lived in the States an X number of years they he/she should be allowed to run for president. Plus just getting on the ballot doesn’t guarantee victory, its still up to the people to decide if they want to elect him president!

The major stock market indices are up 50 to 85% over 2008 EOY levels.
Roads are getting paved and built
Bridges are being maintained and repaired
The lights are still on.
Mom is still getting her Social Security and USM survivor benefit checks.
We still have a strong military. One war down, one to go.
I have 11 friends who have started business since 2009, all are doing well and employing dozens of people.
My business is double what it was 3 years ago.

Unemployment high? Yep. Talk to the CEOs of the Fortune 500 who are sitting on 1 trillion in CASH and ask them why they are not hiring.

Yeah – our “destroyed economy”. Can someone direct me to the nearest Hooverville and soup line?

Everybody really should wonder why they’re doing everything they can to NOT prove he is a citizen. Just PROVE it once and for all!! Why is he spending SO much money, to NOT prove it? (not counting releaseing FAKE federal documents, which is also a FEDERAL CRIME!)
The closer they get, the stronger they protest. And this is the worst of all, by “boycotting” it and trying to get somebody to “just call it off” instead of just proving it.

Really, it’s a simply matter, just RELEASE THE DOCUMENTS!!!!

The documents have been released, examined and verified.

Being born a citizen makes you a natural-born citizen. Well established by the courts many times over.

And since the State of Hawaii is the only legal entity that can vouch for the fact that he was born there, it’s a slam dunk. It doesn’t matter who Obama’s father is or where he was born. His mother was from Kansas, one of our states. End of story.

Based on the GOP’s logic, Mitt Romney, who was born in Mexico, isn’t a citizen and shouldn’t be president. But his parents are Americans. John McCain was born in a Naval Medical facility in Panama; however, because his parents were American citizens, he is an American citizen.

I have two cousins who were born in France when my uncle was stationed with the Army in France. They have citizenship both countries, though they have lived in the U.S for the vast majority of their lives.

This is an insane issue. There are too many REAL problems facing our country than some wild goose chase like this.

I don’t believe Obama is going to obey the order to appear before Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi to determine if he is a natural born citizen, qualified to be on the Georgia ballot, and eligible to President of the United States. If Americans haven’t heard, the politicians in Washington DC are globalist and they abide by international law that’s administered by the United Nations.

On the other hand, the overwhelming majority of Americans are nationalist. They honor the Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States. But in the minds of the globalists, international law trumps national law. And as a result, Obama and the democrat party believe they have the legal authority to ignore any proceedings initiated by the “outdated” supreme law of our land.

I’m willing to bet all of the tea in China that Obama and the Democrat Party will disobey the order to appear before Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi on tomorrow; we shall see.

The Supreme Court has ruled 3 times that Obama is a natural born citizen.

And for the record they also ruled that McCain is a natural born citizen.

Those cases clear the 2008 election and any future presidential elections any of the two enter.

A president can’t be expected to undo damage of a two term president instantly. Fixing the economy takes time and Obama’s on the right path! He never held any official office or position that would require the presentation of a birth certificate. Point 1: Senator McCain was born as a non-citizen US National, and was naturalized two years after his birth by an Act of Congress. The Senate resolution was non-binding, and has no legal effect.

Point 2: President Obama was born in the State of Hawaii, therefore he was born in the United States, and subject to its jurisdiction — he is a natural born citizen.

None of the court hearings mentioned by Obama lawyer Jablonsky dealt with the basic issues; they were all dismissed on technicalities. The posters here that are against the eligibility hearing do not deserve the privilege of voting. There should be an aptitude test to see if one knows enough about the issues to vote. Article II of our Constitution excepts those citizens at the time the Constitution was drafted (George, Adam, et al.) from the “Natural Born” requirement because they were the new Nation’s first citizens, so their parents couldn’t be citizens of the US at the time of their birth.

BO’s Kenyan father disqualifies him from “Natural Born” status and hence he is ineligible to be VP or President. And understand that you need to differentiate between “Natural Born” and plain old “citizen” (naturalized or native) when considering this issue. So many posters wrongly interchange “Natural Born Citizen” and plain “Citizen.” Marco Rubio also is not “Natural Born.” His Cuban parents were not (naturalized) citizens at the time of his birth in the US. He too cannot ever become VP or President! Get it? This isn’t about race. But it IS about someone who knows, as a Constitutional law lecturer at one of the best colleges in the country– University of Chicago– that he is not eligible and pulls a fast one on the sheeple anyhow!

The onus is now on BO to prove that he is eligible. No one in State or Federal government challenged him on this in 2008 out of fear of being labeled racist by those who throw that word around wholesale. This is long overdue and should never happen again.

This is our Constitution, folks. If one can ignore it, then we have corruption (now more than ever) and chaos (more of that real soon). Believe me, that won’t be pretty. And we’ll lose many more liberties in the process.

The fact that Obama is a citizen has never been in question. Is he a “natural born citizen” is the question at hand. There are only two jobs in this country that Constitutionally require you to be a “natural born” citizen and they are to become President or Vice-President. What “natural born” citizen means is up in the air and there are several different interpretations and the SCOTUS has not ruled on the matter.

Having produced it for the press to judge, there is no excuse for not producing it for a judge to judge.

Hamilton, The REQUIREMENT is natural born Citizen, not “citizen” or “American born citizen”, or “native citizen”, or “citizen at birth”. Natural born Citizens are born subject to the allegiance of no other foreign power– it’s a security measure for the POTUS, and Commander in Chief of the USAF. Obama was born British, of a British subject father.

That says that the US citizenship of those born to alien parents is in doubt, not whether they were natural born Citizens. The doubts as to whether children of aliens are US Citizens still persists today. They are only presumed to be US Citizens, but certainly not natural born Citizens, eligible for President.

Wrong– see above. There were doubts that the children of aliens were EVEN US CITIZENS is what it says. Wong Kim Ark cited the exact definition in Minor, and never disagreed. WKA was declared to be a US Citizen, since he was born to resident alien parents, who subjected themselves to the jurisdiction of the US by the Burlingame Treaty, but were not allowed to naturalize. NO WHERE does the case say that WKA is a natural born Citizen.

One big mistake-1960’s birth certificates were written by hand and not dot matrix printers. The certificate he produced can be done by anyone. You go in, give your info and they print one for you. I’d like to see the hospital and the raised seal which they have in the lower right hand corner of birth certificates. Obama’s is a fake. His parents were not citizens- the father was a kenyan and the mother was a us Traitor-plus- miscegnation was not approved at that time so barack’s parents were not legally married, which makes him- you guessed it! “HRS 338-19″, on President Obama’s Certification of Live Birth, in tiny fine
print in the lower right hand corner [HRS 338-13(b), 338-19] is a legal notice
of Hawaii Revised Statute 338-19 which means that this Certificate of Live Birth
is based on documents that were too old or otherwise in such condition that they
could not be used to certify. This statute is contradictory because if the
documents were too old or in too poor a condition to be used to certify, then
why did the State of Hawaii issue a “copy” that was based on possibly
non-legible material? It makes no common sense. The Statute is contradictory,
overly vague, overly broad and therefore unconstitutional.

HRS 338-13(b) is subject to the requirements of HRS 338-16, HRS 338-17 and HRS
338-18. These are for birth certificates that are issued one year or more after
birth, and for certificates that have been altered, and/or both. This set of
statutes also gives a party legal standing to request a judicial determination
of the validity of the birth certificate because it was issued one year or more
after birth and/or altered.

Episode One:

Mr. Stanley Dunham went to a Black (then known as “Negro”)

bar in an area with prostitution.

If Mr. Stanley Dunham got a Black (”Negro”) woman pregnant,

then it is possible

that he then asked his teenage daughter, Ms. Stanley Ann Dunham,

to pretend to be

the baby’s mother,

(rather than what she really was, his half sister)

to save his marriage.

The prostitute turned her baby over to

Mr. Stanley Dunham, who handed it over to his daughter.

Ms. Stanley Ann Dunham’s friend, Barack Obama Sr. from Kenya,

needed to extend his student visa

and would willingly marry her,

knowing that he was already married in Kenya

and she could

annul the marriage when it was convenient to her.

In 1961, Ms. Stanley Ann Dunham, and/or her parents,

might have felt that an “African”

identity for baby Obama,

would be better than “Negro”,

After Obama’s birth, Barack Obama Sr.

went to Harvard and dated other women, before

returning to his first wife and family in Kenya.

Ms. Stanley Ann Dunham, during the course of her career, left young

Obama with her parents in Hawaii for years at a time,

an act that is more like a half sister than a mother.

Episode Two:

Frank Marshall Davis, a Black Communist, and poet, left

Chicago for Hawaii but he might have stopped over in

Seattle, Washington for a few weeks, and

he might be Obama’s real father.

The Dunham family,

Stanley and his wife Madelyn, and daughter, Stanley Ann, moved from

Seattle, Washington to Hawaii late in the summer of 1960

after she finished high school.

They might have been trying to

get her as far away as possible from her “Negro” boyfriend,

and if they knew she was already pregnant, then they might

have felt that a “mixed race” baby would be more acceptable

among Hawaiins with darker skin.

If Ms. Stanley Ann Dunham became pregnant in Seattle,

then Obama could have been born earlier than Aug. 4, 1961,

accounting for Ms. Stanley Ann’s ability to return to college

in Seattle in August, 1961.

The first birth certificate that

Obama released to the public has H.R.S. codes in the

right hand corner in tiny print that show it was altered and

or amended. The birthdate may have been altered and/or

amended so that it would not appear that she was already

pregnant before her fake marriage to Barack Obama, Sr.

Either Mr. Stanley Dunham or Frank Marshall Davis are

the most likely men to be the real father of

President Barack Hussein Obama, but he was shuffled around

in childhood from Hawaii to Indonesia and back to Hawaii,

and he is now rootless and ruthless. The only place Obama

has ever really felt truly at home is in the White House.

President Obama is running for his second and final term in

office, and he knows that people will forgive him for waving his

false flags of amended and/or altered birth certificates showing

his father was from Kenya, which is not likely to be the truth,

if only he can bring tears to their eyes.

After all, many chidren in the United States of America are born

with family secrets disguising the truth of their real parentage.

President Obama gets together with his team 2012 advisors

and dreams up ways to take surveys to determine which

“father” figure is most likely to get him elected this time.

Reading a lot of these posts indicate the race card is being used. It isn’t working!!
The really sad parts of this whole scenario is that the first black person elected to POTUS has fradulently gained entry to this position. So many black Americans looked up to him along with many other people of color. The other sad part of this is his children. They will go through life knowing that their parents were found to be frauds, liars and crooks. What a wonderful legacy to leave your children with. The Obama’s have no conscience for anything but their own gain and no respect for even their children. Sad, just sad.
Within time, this will come out and those that are co conspirators to this fraud on America and will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
