Winning Our Future, the Super PAC acting on behalf of Newt Gingrich, has launched this ad in Iowa – an appeal for the most conservative heart of that state’s GOP:
The eye-popping message:
”Don’t let the liberal Republican establishment pick our candidate.”

JIm,
You went away and the Obama justice department said Georgia redistricting meet the voting rights act. Now you come back and your first blog is about a campaign ad. You mentioned earlier that you did important Georgia news first and then were covering Republican primary news due to the Georgia connection. What is you reasoning behind not doing a blog on the new maps?

Newt balance the budget, created eleven million jobs, and reformed social security. I guess the people of Iowa are stupid to believe that. I hope the GOP makes Newt the flag bearer because Romney is a Morman. The GOP is still the most undiverse party in the world. They took the nomination from Romney the last time and gave it to a 73 year old war lover and look what happened to him. For now the GOP need to start looking for the 2016 candidate because, 2012 is over. Obama back in and those idiots thinking about one term guy better get used to it……….Amen.

I keep seeing you libs post that the election is over and Obama will win. I am not sure if he will be re elected or not because it is way to early to tell. I keep asking and will ask you how is he going to win? He will not win any of the southern states and he is behind in Ohio, Penn, Indiana, Iowa, NC, VA and even Mich. What voting block is going to turn no and give him the victory? If he loses all of these states he can not win.

Gingrich PAC: ‘Don’t let liberal Republican establishment pick candidate’
He does realize that he is a part of that too, doesn’t he? I mean come on! The guy has been for the individual mandate (an idea which HE HIMSELF actually is the one person who came up with it), he sided with Nancy Pelosi and Al Gore on global warming, for amnesty. Shall I go on?

What goes around, comes around, Newt! What a crybaby! Newt was the original meanest, nastiest politician that threw around wild charges and the most partisan person. He always put himself before the country. It is fun to see him get a taste of his own medicine.
I wasn’t sure I was going to vote for Obama in 2012, but looking at these bunch of crazy Republicans I will vote for him again. Mitt Romney is a rich guy, who grew up among the millionaires in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. He thinks being middle class is having only one household servant and driving your own car.

The supporters of Newt are very soon to forget his hypocrisy and dishonesty in his political and personnal life. What amazes me about some politicians or candidates is that they are aware of their ugly histories, Newt and Herman for example and they know that nothing is a secret and these two dopes decided to run for the highest office in the land. Do they really believe that it won’t hurt them?
The once proud GOP has turned into a “clown car” in a bad circus. I am embarrassed that this is the best the GOP can do. I am embarrassed that the world is watching this nonsense and scratching their collective heads. The best the GOP can do is to have people like Newt, Cain, Bachmann and Perry occupy the favorite candidate position during the “clown car” trip across the US. It is an embarrassment to watch this.

Old Hippie, where have you been? Both Bushes were liberal, Romney is a liberal, Huntsman is a liberal, and the Republican establishment is liberal. As George Wallace said in 1970, in reference to both major parties, Socialist Party A and Socialist Party B. Nothing has changed since the days of George Wallace. The only difference is there is an occasional Conservative Republican, but I can find no Conservative demorat.

I agree with this ad. While I love Gov. Romney and would still support him over that disaster in the Oval Office, Mr. Romney breaks Mr. Reagan’s 11th Commandment-”Thou Shalt Not Speak Evil of Thy Fellow Republicans.” In addition to that, I will NEVER forget RomneyCare. With those facts laid out here on this lefty blog, there are RINOS who have infiltrated the party to damage Speaker Gingrich. WE need to root those RINOs out and make sure that everyone is on the same page and that page should be one that supports Speaker Gingrich in his quest for the White House.

I know your own personal Kim Jung Il has got you all excited, but how did this country last so long without the benefit of Speaker Gingrich being POTUS? This Great Leader with his brilliance and his ability to see and understand things that none of us are smart enough to understand is just amazing. Just think, he like Ronald Reagan are so convinced of the correctness of the Republican Party that they pledged a loyalty oath not to criticize fellow Republicans. I can’t wait to see what oaths he has in store for the rest of us.

You have to be kidding to place the words Obama and competent in the same sentence. Obama is the most incompetent President this country has ever had (Including Carter). He understands nothing about economics and nothing about foreign policy. All he understands is how to travel, make speeches and community organize.

Speaker Gingrich was not a draft dodger. He was flat-footed,near-sighted and uncoordinated There was no way that this highly gifted man could serve in any Army. Now, with those facts laid out clearly on this lefty blog, Speaker Gingrich was not a draft dodger. However, your fellow Socialist-Democrat friend Bubba Clinton IS a massive draft dodger. Aside from being one of the most terrible presidents in this once-free nation’s history, Bubba Clinton along with the Socialist-Democrat party are against this once-free nation’s military, pure and simple.

Speaker Gingrich would decimate Hussein Obama in all debates and on 2012 Election Day. I pray that the rightful Republican Party nominates Speaker Gingrich. With that written down, me and millions would rather vote for Governor Romney over that disaster in the Oval Office.

You are correct. Let us compare and contrast for a moment:
Newt: Balanced the Federal budget for 4 years, Ended welfare as an entitlement.
Romney: Balanced budgets in Mass, cut taxes in Mass.
Obama: Obamacare (that will be ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme court). Gas prices $1:81 per gallon when he took office and after 3 years is over $3 per gallon.

You’re conveniently forgetting Clinton passed the balanced budget in the 90s, and that gas went over $4/gal during the Bush administration. It was also when Bush was in office that the price of gas skyrocketed in the first place, thanks to his deregulation of energy markets.

“Clinton passed the balanced budget ”
Clinton was President and could not write or a pass a balanced budget. This is a function of congress. All Clinton could do is to sign or veto the bill. Newt sent Welfare reform to Clinton 4 times before he signed it.
The day Bush left office gas prices were $1:81 per gallon. They did spike due to Katrina and other hurricanes in the gulf that shut down production. What is Obama’s excuse?

Darvoset Spending and td should both take a deep breath and relax because Newt is going to go happily back to his lucrative speaking and consulting business once the voters in South Carolina and Florida have their say, and our friend, Jim Galloway, will be forced to focus on another “not Romney” candidate. Jim, I thought you spent way too much time on Herman Cain and now it’s the same for Gingrich.
