Details on funeral service for state Rep. Bobby Franklin
The office of House Speaker David Ralston has just announced that a memorial service for state Rep. Bobby Franklin, who died over the weekend, has been scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday at Cumming Baptist Church, 115 Church Street, Cumming, Ga., 30040.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Rep. Franklin’s home church:

He listened to those he represented. He was principled. He was willing to be a lone voice. He was almost a Libertarian in some manners.
Plenty of politicians should be so lucky.
