Group that fought illegal immigration bill won’t support boycotts of Georgia

The head of a group that led the fight against Georgia illegal immigration bill said his and two other Latino groups will not support boycotts of the state or its products.

From the statement by Jerry Gonzalez, executive director of the Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials:

HB 87 is deeply flawed legislation that will be challenged in the federal court system. Absent a federal injunction, our groups will work to ensure Latino and immigrant civil rights are protected in our state should HB 87 be fully implemented in our state.

However, Georgia is our home and we do want our state to progress and develop. HB87 will make our efforts much more difficult, but as good-hearted Georgians, we will stand together to make Georgia a better place for all of us, including Latinos and immigrants. Georgia is home to almost 900,000 Latinos and thousands of immigrants; it is where we live, work, and play. A boycott would devastate Georgias tourism and convention industry. Many Latinos and immigrants depend on this, and other industries, for their livelihood.

Certainly, there is much fear and anxiety within the immigrant community. However, the intention of HB87 was also to spread fear in order to drive immigrants away from Georgia. We ask our community members to reject that fear and to remain informed and educated about the pending legal process.

In other words, the make believe law is worthless. Besides, what’s the difference between violating this law or the all of the other laws and rules that they have been violating for years? It’s business as usual. The only people happier are employers of illegal aliens and those fools that think they actually passed an effective law.

The Hispanic invasion from the south is the problem. It is no secret that the bigotry of the so call American Hispanic community are the real racist in this issue because for them it is only about ethnicity and not about what is right or wrong for this country. As a result I do not trust any Hispanic immigrant not because of their ethnicity but because they mostly likely invaded our country. Deport all illgals now with no exceptions!

Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) is the only tactic that draws the attention of politicians who don’t have the public’s interests in mind. Problem is consumers prefer to preserve their comfortable “way of life”, rather than making socially & ethically conscious purchasing decisions.

Of those whose ruling elite made Rome “The Wall Street of slavery” for over 2,000 years, now targeting a “bulls-eye” on the jobs and lives of the 93% non-Roman Catholic post-Civil Rights Movement Black Americans by pushing their potentially restive, excess slaves into Our Country to take it over in accordance with the US Conference of Roman Catholic Bishops’ “National Pastoral Plan for Hispanic Ministry” – Rome’s Fifth Column making itself “at home” in Georgia:

Jerry Gonzalez, executive director of the Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials: “Georgia is our home and we do want our state to progress and develop.”

His co-religionist William Tecumseh Sherman’s Roman Catholic troops, or the Roman Catholics who assassinated Lincoln for giving orders to Grant to let the Jew-loving, Protestant South up easy, weren’t nearly so “polite.”

“good-hearted Georgians” cooked chicken for Lester Maddox for years. Lester said that MLK’s protest were hurting some of the best paid cooks in Atlanta. They kept on cooking and Lester started selling ax handles and serving more chicken than ever to Georgia politicians. So much that the House of Representatives elected him Governor. Guess is paid for some folks back then, maybe it will now. Step ‘n Fitch, Step ‘n Fetch

As I’ve said before…I’ll keep reiterating…YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW JUST BY BEING HERE ILLEGALLY. Which part of ILLEGAL immigrant is so hard to understand??? Come here the RIGHT way, like so many others before you have, and I’ll open my arms and my heart to you! Come here illegally, and I have NOTHING for you except the promise if you are illegal, I WILL report you.

NO MORE LIES?

You wouldn’t think that the illegal immigrant occupation of America would have anything to do with any conspiracy theory? Do I believe in conspiracies? Never did, but something turned up that seems to have a lot of credence to it? Each day Americans worry about feeding their families, paying mortgages or even the 15 million still seeking work? At the same time States adjoining Georgia or Alabama, less lenient States are angry that hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens may be heading their way? Same situation with Arizona as new policing laws could have countless numbers of illegal immigrant families will find a sanctuary in California and Nevada, with lax laws. Specifically if you believe in the reams of classified information appearing from that very controversial website Wikileaks http://tinyurl.com/3hdhczm

A covert document recently released by WikiLeaks discloses a elevated level of information between the US and Canadian Ambassador Paul Celluci promoting a merger of the United States, Canada, and Mexico as plans for “North American Integration,” also called “North American Union.” into pathway for a future North American “single market and a possible single currency.” For at least a decade investigators and whistle-blowers have attempted to warn the public relating to integration of the nations of Canada, Mexico and the United States of America and have been met with devastating mockery. The Wikileaks document unmistakably indicates that the agenda is to avoid the US in protecting citizens from terrorists or diseases from interfering with trade and other economic interests.

This agenda would be united with joint electronic security perimeter with a reduced amount of focus on physical borders. Are the American people to understand that the 20 million plus illegal aliens imported here, including border crossers and visa overstays was a treasonous intentional move to integrate the American culture, with people of every nationality? Is this undeniable proof that this is been deliberate moving on the part of previous and today’s administrations? Was President Bush’s Social Security Administration (SSA) recently signed in June 2004 a highly controversial accord that could add millions of Mexicans, some who worked here illegally, to the Social Security rolls associated with (NAU) North American Union? Is this why the 2006 Secure Fence Act was dismantled, by two Republican Texas Senators and unfunded? That the original two layer fence topped with concertina razor wire remains a dream.

Is this yet another reason why, the Democrats and Republicans have put every obstacle in the way of the business policing E-Verification program and the criminal national fingerprinting using Secure Communities ICE databases? Are both parties instrumental in this anti-sovereignty merger, forcing on the American citizens millions of foreign nationals demonstrating in the streets of every city and town? US politicians advocating to the North American assimilation plans are claiming “our immigration systems are broken” when in fact the immigration systems have been compromised by those pressing for a merger of the populations of the three countries? Perhaps this is why they want the 1986 Immigration Control & Reform Act rescinded as it’s an impediment to this cause? These secret documents reveal a well developed plan that advocates secrecy, with an incremental approach as not to alarm the public.

It’s more important than ever to join the PEOPLES party, the TEA PARTY. The Tea Party is for all legal Americans, naturalized citizens and those holding green cards. This un-American movement will not be tolerated, and should never be ratified without a national referendum. Our country is a nation of laws, especially when it comes to integration of other countries. Currently the Democrats desire to force on—ALL—the American peoples a new Amnesty, cloaked in Immigration Reform. Indirectly the Dream Act would have the same purpose, allowing these Students to sponsor family members. Chain Migration is already accelerating and costing Americans billions of dollars a year. It’s unfortunate we don’t follow the same laws as countries in Europe, which is using a “PointsSystem” for legal immigration. Offering entry visas to the highly skilled people with profession experience in their specialized occupation, as they will not end up in the welfare offices? Today, in most cases through illegal immigration the American people are serving on a plate education to illegal children, free treatment in emergency rooms. Join the Tea Party or after reading the Wikileak document, you should start plying your representatives in Washington, State or even local level for answers? Contact them at Senate—202-224–3121/ House—202-225–3121.

This is racism and sadly here in the south that lesson never seems to get learned, that is why the need something to hang their hat on like Immigration status. Granny @ 3:28 pm-

You do know that you’re asking that question to a bunch of people who don’t speak English and don’t understand a word you are saying don’t you? You could go down on the Mexican border right now and repeatedly ask that question to people who are illegally flooding into the U.S. and they would probably just run right past you. And the ones who do speak English still don’t care what people in this country think because if they did they wouldn’t be flooding over the border day and night around the clock. The only way to seriously curb or stop illegal immigration is to militarize the Southern Border as state laws like HB 87 in big-business-dominated Georgia are nothing but a farce at best.

I wouldn’t even be surprised if the state government agency that was in charge of enforcing the E-Verify requirement in HB 87 was defunded by the legislature like the agency that was put in charge of enforcing ethics violations, whose budget was cut to the point of almost rendering it non-existent.

Rome fully controls Mexico and Canada. The NAU is an easy “end-game” for mopping up America, with its “recalcitrant” non-Roman Catholic White, Black and Jew population’s not wishing to have their children molested by the Babylonian pedophile priesthood. With “the best government money can buy,” both the Demublicans and Republicrats support illegal immigration. Rep. John Lewis is a perfect example. Even though Rome has targeted the non-Roman Catholic Black population to be displaced by Roman Catholic Hispanic illegal immigrants, John Lewis promotes and protects illegal immigration. Even though the same Roman Catholic Fifth Column assassinated Dr. King for his “Riverside Church” speech’s Jeffersonian explanation as to why America should not be in papal Vietnam, John Lewis, claiming to be a follower of Dr. King, supports illegal immigration as part of an organized invasion of conquest by the same faction which murdered Dr. King.

Let us restore “E Pluribus Unum.” There is but One People of America. Whether fascist Mammon-worshippers in greedy pursuit of excessive profits, hiring easily controlled illegals; or sold-out hypocrite-betrayers like John Lewis, false-elite rule in America must end.

G-d is not mocked. To be a Righteous People Americans must do Righteousness and abolish Evil.

The focus for change must be the hanging of Bush and Cheney for 9/11. Everything else will naturally fall into place.

Seal the border. Hang Bush and Cheney. Now.

N.B.: The “Tea Party” is yet another Roman Catholic front on behalf of fascist plutocracy, Roman Catholic/Rockefeller Big Oil, and the Roman Catholic Church. Financed by Forbes and the Koch brothers, its leadership, consistent with Rome’s pedophile homosexual Anti-Christ priesthood wishes to force victims of rape to bear the biological fruit of their rapists’ abomination…pure evil.

Let all these groups boycott Georgia. If you compare the costs that the State of Georgia pays for healthcare alone for the illegals versus the economic impact of the boycotts it’s not even close.

I bet that Georgia spends hundreds of millions (possibly billion) on health care for these illegals. I have two young kids and everytime i go to a pediatrician, i’m the only white person in there. 95% are mexicans and i would say most are illegal.

As someone who’s mother is Latina, and who’s father is Black, I’ll have you know that the VAST majority of blacks I’ve spoken to on this issue are very supportive of the plight of Latinos in this country.

It sickens me that a person of color such as yourself could support any law that in any way can subsidize the use of racial profiling in law enforcement. In 20-30 years the children of those illegal immigrants will be grown up and integrated into our society, building businesses, and generally participating in the American dream. I don’t like illegal immigration either but I know that we will never deport 12 million (or 11 million or whatever the actual number is) people. Believing otherwise is naive and just stupid.

HB 87 is a step in the right direction but it’ll barely scratch the surface. The feds will continue to look the other way, or they’ll periodically make another run at amnesty like Bush tried to do. Assuming we can ever get control of the border the adult illegals who are already here will will eventually die off and and the problem will solve itself. Their U.S. born offspring are, of course, already legal citizens.

Illegal immigrants take much more than they ever contribute to our economy. The “jobs that Americans won’t do” just proves they don’t have the financial clout that many pro-illegal folks think they do. Let the illegals boycott and show Georgians yet again how they are disrepectful to the people that have given them so much. Illegals should boycott so that we can have more and more taxpayers show they are anti-illegal immigration. Or … don’t boycott, either way illegals and their supporters will begin to learn that their is a growing wave of folks that are fed up.

@ Another Voice – read what Cobb Woman of Color wrote. This has nothing to do with racism, if so then Hispanic Immigrants who are now American citizens would not be so anti-illegal immigrant.

The US has been too darn compassionate in taking on immigrants we can’t support. Any other country in the World would have held illegals at bay and treated them much worse. AZ and GA have many states right behind them in passing anti-illegal alien legislation!

For all the people out there that are against illegal immigration, I just have one thing to say. How many of your ancestors came over illegally as well? The true owners of this land are the Native Americans. The British people came over here uninvited and took over the land with war and violence, yet they say to have a claim on a land that was not thiers from the beginning. In the end, we are all illegals in this country. Imagine how your life would be like, if your ancestors did not come here illgally as well. Would you have wanted them to be discriminated as well.

Well, thank God they are against the illegal aliens…or are they calling the illegal aliens immigrants? There is a difference, you know. A BIG difference. Immigrants come to this country LEGALLY. Illegal aliens sneak into this country snubbing their nose at our laws and DEMAND, yes, DEMAND we give them amnesty. NO, we don’t want them. We want those illegal aliens deported.

Illegal immigration is a cancer, it has to be eradicated not tolerated.

@ Bob….Mexicans also have Native Americans ancestors. So you think they did no harm with coming over and killing inncoent children, women, and men for thier greediness for land. They did not ask for the right to take over the land. Also, to bring with them diseases. They did drain the love and care that the Native Americans had for the land. If that was untrue, then why do they receive “special” privilages. It si because the government knows that they were wrong.

ara, thanks for your comments and I agree with you that it was wrong. However, we have had laws in place in America for the past 167 years, and illegal immigration is just plain wrong and illegal. For the most part, they are users of our benevolent and generous (to a fault) system, and deprive those that want to come here legally. I see them in our Post Office everyday sending cash back home, while taking advantage of our indigent healthcare services. Why don’t you think the rules should apply to everyone?

You can listen to the lies of those who support foreign freeloaders and criminals sucking the life out of U.S. taxpayers or you can look around and what’s happening in America. The number of unemployed in many areas (Nevada) is the same as the number of illegal workers. The deficit of many state governments is the same that illegals’ free educations, health care and welfare checks to anchor babies of illegals are costing. The billions of U.S. dollars that illegals obtain illegally here and funnel to their own country (ever checked out the money transfer lines at Walmart?) is depriving our own children of a future. As Hispanics gain control of American companies, white/black workers disappear.

@Bob…I do think the rules should apply, however there are always exceptions. However, The thing I do not agree with is the focus on Mexicans only. All the races do it. Not only the Italians, Romanians, Africans, but also he Whites. How many people are taking advantage of the unemployment benefits, wic, food stamps. A lot of them will not take a job of cleaning or hard labor. I know of people driving Suv’s with rims, or other high end cars taking food stamps. They are not only Hispanics. I know of homemakers who prefer to hire someone to clean, then do it themselves. And that is when their kids are grown and not little ones. Also, there are some that come over that want to do things the right way. The unfairness is when a person has to pay taxes, but doesnot have the right to even a drivers license. All because of a bad “legal” decision they made. My thing is that to discriminate only against the Hispanics on thier legal staus is wrong. The rule should be focused on all illegals and not just the Hispanics. If that was the case, then there will be less issue about race discriminition.

Because they are the majority of illegal immigrants here in GA. There illegals from many countries, but Hispanics happen to be the largest group. The federal government has inticed illegals to come here from many counties. My native Columbus OH has a large from of illegals from Somolia. The Detroit suburb of Dearborn has a large muslim population, many legal and illegal. Illegal groups together so they don’t seem the minority in an area.

We are talking all illegal immgrants regardless of where they are from. But when you mention GA, AZ, CA, TX and others, that is mainly hispanic!

Hopefully by laws passing in the majority of states they will just get tired of running and go back home. It will be virtually impossibly to deport them, but if they are forced to do so then that is fine by me and many of US!

We just have to do something because it has gotten out of control. Two things that were said earlier that I really like: that illegals take from our country more than they contribute and that illegal immigration is like a cancer that must be stopped.

We cannot continue to take on the world’s tired, poor and hungry and expect to be a nation that is respected and powerful. We look like chumps based on our continuingly lax immigration policies. If we don’t get contol of the situation now, then our nation is at risk to losing alot more than just respect.
