‘ACORN’ film-maker arrested by FBI in wiretap plot

The FBI, alleging a plot to wiretap Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu’s office in downtown New Orleans, arrested four people Monday, including James O’Keefe, a conservative filmmaker whose undercover videos at ACORN field offices severely damaged the advocacy group’s credibility.
FBI Special Agent Steven Rayes alleges that O’Keefe aided and abetted two others, Joseph Basel and Robert Flanagan, who dressed up as employees of a telephone company and attempted to interfere with the office’s telephone system.

And, remember in November…Paul Broun was one of 31 Republic Congressmen to sign on to a resolution calling James O’Keefe a national treasure for his guerilla (gonzo?) journalism tactics in the ACORN sting. Remember too, that ACORN posited that the film was heavily edited to omit the staffers calling O’Keefe on his “joke.”

Can one of you babbling baboons explain to me exactly HOW this can be derived as being Obama’s fault or a left-wing plot?
O’Keefe was and IS a scum-bag, He and his pack of jackals did this to themselves! No one forced him into that office, or planted the equipment on him.
If you’re going to hate, at least hate for a valid, legitimate reason.
Oh wait. I forgot where I was for a minute.

Hmmm…so interesting and oh, so factual! After reading all of the comments, I have made a decision…there is a major difference between ignorance and stupidity…ignorance is when someone has not check out things for themselves, or does not have the resources to do so. Stupidity is some who can check out things for themselves but refuses to. Thus, the old phrase “ignorance is bliss” comes into play. Stupidity on the other hand…well, lets just say “Stupid is stupid.” We are all born ignorant, and we increase our knowledge through the years. Others take ignorance and work hard, very hard, to earn the title “Stupid.” Thank all of you for the “laughs.” That includes all …right, left, and center. You have made it very worthwhile for me to retire tonight and dream good dreams. I am laughing so hard, that I only hope I can go to sleep quickly. Stupid Rules.
