And for all the endorsements, this run-off is still neck-n-neck...says alot. I love Joseph Lowery; he's top-notch, last of the Mohicans, and yet I am surprised (and not surprised) that he came forth and endoresed Kasim.

I didn't know Kasim Reed represented Crackel Barrel in that racial case. Lawyers can decline to take on a client. Sorted integrity...Montrell M., this run-off is going to be extremely close... neither will win by a landslide.

Kasim Reed was in English Avenue last night....acted like he had never been there. He talked all this nonsense about growing up 17 minutes away...and how he was raised much like the people in the bluff. From English Avenue a 17 minute car ride can take you into Buckhead, Cascade, Midtown, Morningside, and Ansley. Kasim Reed showed just how out of touch he is with the less fortunate poverty stricken black community. He mentioned nothing about vacant properties or the slumlords that own them. He does not understand the problems facing communities such as English Avenue and Vine City. Mary was there after the Johnston Shooting, the Tornadoe, etc. Mary has been spending a lot of time in our neighborhood and it was very obvious from the reaction of my neighbors to Kasim Reed's lack of local neighborhood knowledge and concern. MARY NORWOOD FOR MAYOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Atlanta started going down here when Jackson got elected and you all know that. At least Mary has sense enough to know we need some accountants at City Hall who can run a calculator.

Well you would have thought that voting color would have taught blacks (notice I did not call them African American, you're either African or American and I doubt 99.9 percent of Atlanta blacks have ever shadowed African soil) a thing or 2. Just because he or she is black does not make him a cash cow to you. It ain't gonna happen. Now you've voted in a Muslim pres because he was dark and have set in motion a chain of events that is diminishing an American way of life that we will never see again. I loved the way of life we once had. If you didn't then go to Africa and sleep in a mud hut and chase down an antelope for dinner. I want to think my children will prosper and have a good life, thats what I vote for. A future for my children.

norwood's in the pocket of rich white people in Atlanta. She will not do anything to help the African-American community. Only Kasim Reed understands all the needs of the minority community. The African-American community must unite and vote for Kasim Reed! He's the best candidate to help the minority community!

Since the Reed campaign was notified, they know the source of the complaint--it's a small city. The campaigners' rationale was that the memorial event was open to the public, and they had a right to canvass there.
