You can’t mention anything about “felons” as it relates to any family members of the Atlanta Regime…according to the newest article by Jim Galloway to appealing to everyone to “Play Nice”…so your facts are now conjectures and your freedom of speech has been trumped!

I guess depending on WHO has committed a felony or been arrested cannot be mentioned (although it is a matter of public record, and public interest)…if you mention it for the benefit of the voters of Atlanta you are CHARGED with making “innuendos”.

So much for freedom of speech and informed voting in Atlanta!!!!

Maynard Jackson divorced Bunnie Ransom in the 60s and then married Valerie Richardson-Jackson…who is a great woman and certainly NOT a racist like Ms. Ransom. Maynard divorced Ransom for a reason!

The fact still remains that, Pat Gardner, Kathy Ashe, Nan Orrock, Karla Drenner, Jim Martin and David Adelman – ALL WHITE FOLKS!! Support Sen. Reed. He has a broad cross-section of black and white support and he should be commended for taking leadership that others are willing to attach themselves to. What has Norwood done?

Check your facts, Rep. Margaret Kaiser has not endorsed Kasim. She would be wise not to, considering that her district went for Norwood. Hopefullly Kaiser has not succumbed to the gang-like mentality of the Reed camp. If she has, she will lose my vote next year.

I think Shelley Wynter’s comments are the most sincere and true to the issues and the least divisive.

I too have seen what you speak of for years. Norwood hasn’t done a thing on council, but be vocal when it was politically expedient. Norwood walked lock-in-step with Mayor Franklin until it was unpopular.

This woman is a fake!! I respect the whites that support Norwood in Buckhead, because they want change but she’s not it. Y’all should really take a look at Kasim. He’s very smart and knows how to lead and build coalitions. Its no accident that the only person that supports Norwood is Ralph Long. Pat Gardner, Kathy Ashe, Margaret Kaiser, Nan Orrock, Karla Drenner, Jim Martin and David Adelman all support him too. AND THEY ARE ALL WHITE!! Kasim isn’t thinking about race, he’s thinking aboout progress. That’s why his commercials weren’t full of elderly African Americans. Norwood’s pandering has become sickening.

Bunnie Jackson-Ransom isn’t even a real “Jackson”, she’s still just “hanging on” to Maynard’s legacy in order to reap rewards. Thirty years after he divorced her and she is still using his name as her own. SAD

If anyone should be speaking on behalf of “The Jackson Family” it should be Maynard Jackson’s wife of 28 years and widow, Valerie Richardson-Jackson, not Bunnie Ransom!

Get your own family Bunnie, and don’t speak on behalf of someone else’s family, especially when
