It’s a shame how the media uses “polls” to exclude candidates and tell everyone who the frontrunner is. It’s a sham. And they all use Republican Matt Towery’s Insider Advantage poll. But who is being polled? I’ve never met anyone who was polled by Insider Advantage. So they put it out there that Norwood is the frontrunner, and then (white) people who may have initially dismissed her chances are now rushing to go vote. The media uses these “polls” in order to get certain candidates they want in office.

And just watch the local news stations tonight. They will pull their same trick– It will be 0% of the precincts reporting, but THEY WILL STILL list Norwood in the lead. By doing this, they condition us to accept that she will stay in the lead for the entire night. It’s a sham.

Just get someone better than Shirley Franklin. It would be nice to be able to walk around downtown and midtown Atlanta without feeling like your life could be in jeopardy

We need a Real Mayor. This election has been an eye opener for sure. Lots of Greed and corruption. People sure have shown their true colors and we got a chnace to see that racism is not just a white problem. Racism holds all colors. Atlanta is still a “City to busy to hate”!We need a New Atitude in city hall with real answers. Franklin was a big disapointment. Her Police Cheif was a joke, over spending, crime sky rocketing, and of course the homeless downtown. Norwood seems the be the best of all of these Cronies. Good luck. Atlanta needs a New Real Leader.

With Kasim Reed, corruption has a bottom-up approach. The photographs show the vehicle was a black Nissan Exterra SUV with a Cherokee County license plate. The vehicle had a Kasim Reed for Mayor sticker in its back window, and in the back seat were a stack of Mary Norwood yard signs.

Gosh darn it, if Reed refuses to follow the rules of fair play and stoops to theft, why would you want him in charge of your tax dollars and water bills?

Well, borders, the loser, needs cash, once she confiscates all the homes she wants under eminent domain. Vernon Jordan, another abject loser like will jones, has no place in the election, unless his goal is to have a black person elected. Even when all of the blacks are undeniably unqualified. Borders, the cousin of our first black president, Bill Clinton, will find herself looking for work. So sad, so unqualified.

The shame of it is that Borders has used the money to attack Norwood and rehash the same themes that have not resonated with voters. Something tells me Borders could have millions of dollars to spend and still not be able to offer a single reason why she should be Mayor.

Hopefully the Borders implosion will be a warning shot to future candidates. Don’t try to create a fake issue (Norwood’s party affiliation) and then twist facts in an attempt to question your opponent’s honesty. It makes you look hypocritical. It makes the electorate question your integrity and intelligence. Nobody wants to vote for someone who thinks she is so smart that she can pull this crud over on us. The candidate winds up coming across as petty, silly and not all that smart.
