Lisa Borders is about to enter the party room at the W Hotel downtown and will deliver what is expected to be a concession speech.
A campaign aide said the speech is the one “you would expect.” Given that Borders is a distant third in the race for Atlanta mayor, that’s a pretty clear indication of what’s about to come.

Kasim just thanked Andy Young, Maynard’s daughter and a bunch of other cronies. Was there any doubt that he stands for “more of the same” ????
