Throughout, Obama’s face never changes. He’s got the grip-and-grin thing down pat.

Chris, you spaz, it was the latest NYSLIMES poll. I’ll grant you that it is not at terribly reliable source, but my that kinda even made my point. They weigh all polls they take heavy on the left. I think their standard for polling is something like 48% Democrat, 30% and 22% Republican. In that lib poll he is just at 60%. As for Reagan and your comparision, Reagan was 10 pts higher at this point as were both Bush’s. (I bet the latter just drives you nuts.)

Jessica- Bush screwed the economy? How did he do that? What exactly, i.e. what policy etc did Bush put in place to “screw” the economy? Yes he was president at the start of the recession, that doesn’t mean he caused it. Did Bush cause the recession our country was in in 2001? Opps, Clinton was president when that one started.
Recessions happen, just like growth. You need a refresher in Econ 101.
