Taking a well-deserved (in my opinion) day off today. In an emergency, I’ll be in touch.
Otherwise, see you Wednesday.

Transcribing the daily White House/PMSNBC/NyTimes/Urinal Constipation talking points, while keeping a sharp eye out for any story that you can use to attack Palin or whatever Republican target is in vogue with your comrades in “journalism, must be tiresome. Take the rest of the year off. You will need your strength for the ‘09 run-up to ‘10. Take it easy “Jumbo G!”

Since Jim is away, I would like to take this opportunity to posite a thought for those in search of a vigorous intellectual enterprise:
If most of the media and democratic members of congress agree that Joe Wilson’s remark, “You lie” (Although Obama was technically fibbing. Afterall, there was no gaurantee that illegals would not get coverage in any versions of the bills in congress, at the time. And that the next day the WhiteHouse asked congressional leaders to having sketchy wording relating to illegals and coverage removed), suggests that Wilson is a racist because he is white, then any white commentator or politco that condemns Kanye West is also a racist becuase they are white. It was a white girl who won, and Kayne cannot be a racist because it is accpeted that minorities cannot be racist because they have little to no political power. Which then begs the question, can the Republicans be racist if they, as a minority, have little to no political power? Untangle that!

Liberal logic does that. Try convincing people that Global Warming is happening NOW and it is an EMERGENCY while the global temps have been cooling since 1998. That’s over a decade of global cooling! I am stressed to the max.
Isn't it GREAT

Waa, Waa, Cry baby cry. I remember when all you heard from the republicans when Democrats had concerns with Bush and the republican house and senate was “unpatriotic”, “go to another county and live”, “we are in control now” etc., etc.
Fortunately we now have President Obama and a Democratic Senate and House to get us out of the mess Bush put us in.
