Do you not realize that obama may not have been born on the day stated in the newspaper and Stanley just called it in. If there was truly a Hawiian birth, why is there no hospital record? And at the time, I’m sure no one was thinking about ‘running for president’ but they were no doubt thinking about eligibility for welfare benefits.

If he isnt legally qualified, i agree he shouldnt be Pres. But like i said ,bigger matters are at hand and he is just a pawn to finalize what has been in process to put together for a long time. Each President had his sideline input towards this moment.Watch what he does ,listen carefully to what he says and hear the contradictions spoken by him, differently than said by a President who’s proud of the country he serves and for what it stands. Time for change, remember that being said… Yep ,this country is changing and you wont like the end result, and when you finally realize that ,you better run like Hell.

But what if its true, Obama cant produce a valid birth cert. for citizenship proof.Naturally that would be an illegal act of fraud and deceit. But we are dealing with something much bigger here. The real players that run this country & world picked Obama and has groomed him since to retain this job as Pres. due to his deftly talents of persuasion. He was placed there to creat the One World Order. So far everthing he has done hardly makes no sense. Including receiving the Nobel peace prize for something he didnt do.Everytime he speaks to other countries, the first thing he wants to do is appologize for this country”s ways. No President ever had done that. The man and his administration is about as false and pretending as the anti-christ will be. Recently his religious roots became public of being muslim, “oops”, he even appeared before a catholic university and asked them to cover all items pertaining to Jesus Christ. To my amasement ,they agreed. wow. Now Obama is creating his own civilan national defense force, trained and provided as much as the military. Sure sounds like hitler and his brown shirts and the SS. Who is this new force going to protect us from…..ourselves, those who dont agree with the new system coming like you… go figure.

As far as the birth certificate goes, that “Certification Of Live Birth” can be obtained for any child even if born outside Hawaii according to Hawaiian Land Statute 338-17.8 That IS NOT an official birth certificate. WHY NOT just show the original long form birth certificate? Why spend over a million dollars keeping his records sealed? What does Mr. Obama have to hide? Where is that promised transparency?

So, basically, what you’re saying is that Janice Okobu (spokesman for the Hawaii department of health) directly lied when she said “It’s a valid Hawaii state birth certificate.”?

Or are you saying that the birth certificate directly lied when it says “City of birth: Honolulu, Island of Birth: Oahu, County of Birth: Honolulu”? Or are you saying that it’s just misinformed?

Furthermore, that paticular law was passed in 1981, mainly to cover foreign adoptions. 1. How does a law apply to someone 20 years before it was passed? How can his birth be registered under this law in 1961 and the law not even being passed until 1981?

Spokesman Janice Okubo has also said that while registrations under this law are possible now, they could not get a birth certificate that says that they were born in Honolulu, Hawaii, if they were born in Nairobi, Kenya. The birth certificate would say “Nairobi, Kenya” under place of birth. Do you deny that Barack Obama’s birth certificate says that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii?

Spokesman Janice Okubio has called the birth certificate a “legitimate Hawaii state birth certificate.” Furthermore, they’ve said that the birth certificate is accepted as proof of birth for all Federal Agencies.

God, the birthers are just getting more and more dilusional in their attacks.

Here are the facst! CPT Rhodes has not refused to report. She plans to report and follow the order to deploy unless the court gives her a TRO granting her relief.

Furthermore, it is not a racism issue. Everyone always wants to play the race card with him. Wake up people! That is not the chief issue here. First of all, CPT Rhodes has a Latino heritage.
Not to mention, this would have been done if it would have been President Bush or President Clinton and the same circumstances existed.

Part of the Army values are integrity, to do things right legally and morally. It is the duty of a US Army officer to ensure that they are following a lawful order. If they follow an unlawful order, they are subject to UCMJ charges and military prison.

Furthermore, she is standing up for her fellow soldiers, who could be in danger now. If the President is found to be ineligible, all soldiers are following unlawful orders. As a result, they are not afforded protections under the Geneva Convention if captured. This means that many brave men and women who are serving under “unlawful” orders could be tortured, killed, or held in captivity indefinitely with no protection if captured.

Do we want this for our troops? Shouldn’t we stand up for our rights?
