The newest requirement for candidates: A lie detector

Gary Horlacher of Peachtree City is a Democratic candidate for secretary of state without a great many resources.

He raised $169,625 in the first six months of 2009. Of that, $150,000 came from a personal loan.

How do you draw attention to yourself on a budget? Why, you hook yourself up to a polygraph machine, and then broadcast the results on YouTube.

“It seems practically impossible to trust any of our politicians nowadays,” Horlacher says. But with a lie-detector, administered by an FBI agent, voters now know the answers to the following questions about Horlacher:

— “Have I ever been unfaithful to my wife?”

— “Have I ever taken illegal drugs?”

— “Have I ever cheated on my taxes?”

In case you’re still gripped with suspense, the answer to each is “No.” And Horlacher said he responded with twice the honesty required to register a truthful response. Or something of that sort.

The Democrats says his polygraph results can be found at this link. But we can’t seem to get it to work. Not that we don’t believe him.

Do the Diebold research yourself. I’m satisfied from the evidence that it was/is rigged. Obama got into office because it couldn’t be cheated “enough” to overcome the numbers with all the working people “in the know” of Bush’s and Cheney’s 9/11 treason. Whether Cathy Cox, pathetic in many ways personally, was conned or complicit is immaterial. The facts speak for themselves. Computerized voting was a bad idea from the start. To be righteous the Electorate’s will, reflected in free and honest election, must be sacrosanct.

Handel said she couldn’t come up with a paper trail with more than a year to go before the last election. The people around Cathy Cox served the same spirit: false-elite.

To the bi-partisan false-elite the People are the threat – to spiraling concentration of wealth, elite control, and fascist plutocracy. If you are close enough to any of them, they used to be confident enough to “spill the beans.”

Cathy Cox served that spirit by adopting Diebold, and proved herself to be outside of Grace.

Max Cleland has over his life been an embodiment of G-d’s grace toward a righteous America. His reward is direct and Georgia must “tap” into it as he has again proven his honor by quitting the 9/11 Commission cover-up. How thankful all Georgians can be to have one of us proved righteous of all the great number on that fraudulent commission? He stood the test.

Georgia and Atlanta can be the “pivot” upon which America returns to Glory. Cathy Cox had her chance and proved herself wanting.

As Our Governor Max Cleland can be more than an inspiration, with Obama he can make America better, by G-d.

P.S. This Horlacher has been around a long time. Why does he need the results of a polygraph test to give others the impression he has some scruples, or is a prig? Being so forthcoming perhaps he could expand a bit on his DUI while working for Roy Barnes? What was going on in his life that resulted in such scandal? Spill, Gary.

I would like to have our elected officials to appear before the public once a year to take a lie detector test on any question his constituency has, and have the results published.

If we really—I mean REALLY—want clean politicians–here is one way to get it.

As previously stated, a lie detector test, administered by a private firm for ALL running for public office is absolutely necessary. Now, max cleland would NEVER pass, despite the ‘Silver-star’, which was never earned (a moron’s grenade dropped at his feet) but actually due to his antics when he held public office. Cleland was a total embarrassment, a devout tax & spend liberal and displayed his share of perverted qualities.

U.S. Army Captain Max Cleland’s Silver Star was for combat action a week before a Marine dropped the grenade which by G-d’s grace Max survived, to live to honor all Georgians by quitting the 9/11 Commission cover-up of Bush’s and Cheney’s treason.

On June 9, 1968, the U.S. Army awarded Capt. Max Cleland a Silver Star “for gallantry in action” at the battle of Khe Sanh, one of the war’s fiercest firefights. According to the citation, he “distinguished himself by exceptionally valorous action …. When the battalion command post came under a heavy enemy rocket and mortar attack, Capt. Cleland, disregarding his own safety, exposed himself to the rocket barrage as he left his covered position to administer first aid to his wounded comrades. He then assisted in moving the injured personnel to covered positions. Continuing to expose himself, Capt. Cleland organized his men into a work party to repair the battalion communications equipment which had been damaged by enemy fire. His gallant action is in keeping with the highest traditions of the military service, and reflects great credit upon himself, his unit, and the United States Army.” The 25-year-old captain had volunteered to help relieve the Marines and the Army’s First Cavalry Division trapped at Khe Sanh. The cited action took place four days before the explosion that ripped off both his legs and an arm.

Real names are immaterial, but what IS important is how stupid cleland and the clelands of the world are, along with cleland’s supporters. Take note:

Incorrectly thinking it was his grenade Cleland picked it up and suffered the brunt of the ensuing explosion, perhaps saving multiple others’ lives. Accidental hero? Perhaps, but hero none the less, with a Silver Star for action at Khe Sanh.

Just like millions of other good and decent Americans, none of whom seem to get tapped for duty as candidates for holy elective office representing the Gay Old Pervert party.

Wonder why? Birds of Feather.

Max Cleland, like Hugh Thompson, Mohammed Ali, John Kennedy, Martin King, and Thomas Jefferson, is a hero of mine.

I believe Georgia would do well to make him governor next year for many different reasons – one of which is his willingness to serve in the military when Americans were fighting and dying, in our uniform, under the Flag; and another of which is his reproving his American integrity by quitting the 9/11 Commission cover-up of Bush’s and Cheney’s treason.
