NBC’s Andrea Mitchell is reporting that Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is out of politics, permanently:
“She has told some of her biggest backers in the national Republican Party that they are free to choose other candidates for 2012.”

That’s too bad – she made George W. Bush look like a scholar and a gentleman. I was so hoping to see her run for the GOP in 2012. No one is more disappointed today than Jon Stewart, Dave Letterman and Conan O’Brien.

Word out of Alaska is that she (and Todd?) are under criminal investigation with indictments soon to come.

Aww, I’m so sad. I was hoping that she would get the GOP nod in 2012 election…
…so we can guarantee an Obama landslide!
The GOP is a dying party. They should take their ‘values’ and hit the reset button.

Uhmm, apparently your not paying attention folks. This frees her up to run in 2012. She will now get to spend the next 3+ years perpetually campaigning and not have to worry about continuing ethics complaints. And since she still draws a crowd and media attention, unlike Romney and Gingrich, she would be a fool to sit up in Alaska while she could be using this time to get out and control the race from the Republican side and keep all the other challengers out.

Here is the latest from blogs. I am not agreeing or disagreeing. Just reporting.
The latest from http://bradblog.com: possible federal indictments against Palin, concerning an embezzlement scandal related to the building of Palin’s house and the Wasilla Sports Complex built during her tenure as Mayor. Both structures, it is said, feature the “same windows, same wood, same products.” Federal investigators have been looking into this for some time, and indictments could be imminent.

EB posted a rumor ginned up by idiot libs. That rumor was debunked during the last Presidential Election. The libs are scared to death of Palin. They have been since she made fun of Obama’s greel temple set at the Republican National Convention. I cannot wait to see all the libs and their wh@res in the media attempt to explain her unconventional move. She will be forming an exploratory committe pronto. By the way, Obama said that if we passed the porkulus unemployment would not go above 8.5%. The idiots in DC passed it and the Grand Pooba of the idiots, Obama, signed it. Now Obama says that we will see unemployment at 10% or more. Perhaps there is another politcial obit that is being composed now, and it ain’t Palin’s.

I want all you Obama lovers to keep thinking just the way you are. The general public is starting to see Obama as the cold calculating lying US hating Marxist that he is. It won’t be long before the “Obama Landslide” is his mountain of lies.

Come on guys, don’t hate. Palin has a real nice butt and rack for a 40-something–a true MILF, indeed. Other than that though, she’s is joke and does the GOP proud.

What scares me is that this person held ANY public office at all, much less one of 50 governorships. And consider “koolaid” above – a large percentage of people in this country are incapable of making rational decisions about who they vote for – no sane person would cast a vote for Sarah Palin, yet out of 300 million Americans she was one of four who might have held the office in these times. That is truly a bone-chilling, sobering thought.
The right wing crazies are not going away. They know nothing, understand nothing, seethe with hatred stoked with ignorance, superstition, and collectivist zeal. Given that the economic situation is almost certain to get much worse, these people are all out there waiting to vote in an absolute demagogue. It happened in Germany – it can happen here.

Pure and simple: who quits, citing the avoidance of being a “lame duck,” with a year and a half left to her term?
She claims to “love her job” so much, and love Alaska so much, she’s willing to abandon both?
Listen to the pundits on BOTH sides-they are all saying this effectively knocks her out- Seriously-who would consider this piece of fluff if she can’t take the heat of being the gov. of the most sparsely populated state for a full for years.
Seeya, Sarah. Don’t let the door hitya where the Good Lord splitya.

Sarah Palin is a fraud. I still don’t see how a 40+ year old woman gets pregnant, hides it for 7 months, maintains her work schedule, delivers a baby, returns to work a few days later and is back in her size 8s within a couple of months. I don’t think that even Cher and her 24 X 7 trainers could have pulled that off.

Quitting now doesn’t help her in 2012. She’s going to get hammered for that by other GOP contenders in the primaries. Her “executive experience” was supposedly a big deal last year, alot of her supporters said this made her more experienced than Obama.
She looked scared and came across as incoherent yesterday. Stepping down now looks like a)she got a job with Fox or on talk radio for big bucks b)she cut a deal with a prosecutor or c)she’s being blackmailed and forced to step aside. Raising money for 2012 is a possibility, but quitting isn’t a good political move.
In Alaska she was a big fish in a small pond. On a national level she looks, quite frankly, like a buffoon.

There is more to this story than Palin is admitting.
No one is going to vote for a “quitter ” who ducks & runs when things get tough. If she is President will she resign after 33 months to avoid the “lame duck” label? Do you guys who support her positions on the issues sincerely want an admitted quitter in the White House?
This is the 233 year of the Independence of the United States. The Sarah Palin attitude is not what John Adams, Ben Franklin & Thomas Jefferson signed up for!

Follow the money. She wants to cash in on big paydays for book deals and speeches designed to appeal the hard-right conservatives.
Fine. Nothing wrong with making money. But the notion that she cannot be an effective leader as a lame-duck is just stupid. She doesn’t have to spend her time going on trade junkets, she could use the time to analyze Alaska’s most pressing problems, propose solutions for them and work with state legislators to fix them.
Kind of like what any good public servant should do. Except in Georgia of course, if you think Sonny Perdue is gonna spend his last months working on transportation and water infrastructure you’d be better off spending your time at the lake fishing.

This woman is Looney Tunes strange. She quits with 1.5 yrs left during her FIRST term and then uses a basketball analogy about the star forward passing the ball the save the team? Seems like the star forward just dropped the ball and walked off the court. In the end, Sarah knows she’ll make more money as a private citizen than as a governor where she was only making $125,000 a year. She has over $500k in legal bills; better to get out now, get on the talk show circuit and make some mollah.

NBC, like the NYSLIMES, PMSNBC or the Urinal-Constipation is not a legitimate news source. NBC/PMSNBC in particular is nothing but ashill for the White House and the National Democrat Party. I love this: another lib hack/media wh@re, Howard Fineman (Newsweek), is reporting that Palin is definately running in 2012. So, which is it libs? Or haven’t you guys gotten the talking points from the DNC/White House, yet?

Terrified of what? She’s already shown herself to be incapable of having an intelligent discussion, and she was the albatross around the neck of the McCain campaign. Even if she does manage to stay out of prison for the rumored embezzlement indictment, she still has zero chance of holding national office. Palin is a joke, and the best thing that could’ve happened to the Democrats.

I love to hear the Mark Sanford appologists take on the cause of Sarah Palin. Soon we will hear how she was “hounded out of office” when the real truth comes to light. Sarah doesn’t do things for her family, her state, or her country. She does them to serve herself. So, whatever the real reason for her abdication, it won’t be so she can “more effectively serve outside of government.” You can take that to the 1st Wasilla National Bank!

When all the libs decide one thing, it is a good bet that the polar opposite is the case. And I agree that NBC is not a legitimate news source. They have hosts that claim, on air, that when Obama speaks that they get thrills running up their legs. Chris Mathews, who is normally covered in his own spittle is a former democrat hack staffer (Like Mr. Potato Head, Russert). NBC is a joke and thier ratings prove it. I do not care if Mrs. Alan Greenspan says she has a source, she is wrong alot.

Bush and Cheney committed 9/11. Here’s the irrefutable proof, free of charge: http://www.angelfire.com/biz/hankramey/The%20New%20Pearl%20Harbor.pdf
They did the treason to distract us and to serve Big Oil (Bushes have fronted for the Vatican banker/Standard Oil monopolists for five generations), whom Sarah Palin serves.
MSM was taken over by Organized Crime during the “Circulations Wars” of the 1910’s, look it up.
Max Cleland, a true Georgian like Hugh Thompson, is a hero we can tap for politics here at home by drafting him and making him elect as Governor. He quit the 9/11 Commission because he has true integrity, like all good Georgians.
Let’s restore righteousness in America as We are the sovereign People, and Georgia’s the best place to start ridding ourselves methodically of the trash who backed the Roman Catholics on the Supreme Court who made a draft-dodging closet-queen president to commit 9/11.
Let’s focus on the truth so justice is established in Our Land.
Cleland for Governor, all else pales in significance. Justice must be done and it is only we, by G-d, who can ensure it.

“Treason” against Rome, identified as “the real Anti-Christ” by America’s Whig Founder, is why Huguenots, Radical Protestants and Jews, Freemasons, Baptists and Africans enslaved by the “Wall Street of Slavery” for 2,000 years – Rome, Italy, came to America to receive, in Covenant with the Creator G-d, this Land of Promise.
It is only Rome’s “Fifth Column” and its witting and unwitting agents, who object to America’s Founders’ Whig Interpretation of History, and a true understanding of the three Mottoes which comprise the American Creed.
