Korea and their missile launches never led to nuthin’, so’s I donts be worryin’ about it none no how. China seems to have calmed down about the way our banks ripped them off. They finally git it: It’s bidness. Slow boat/slow fuse. It’s a match.

Even Russia ain’t actin’ out like usual. SO what’s up? Something wicked this way comes? Paw said when a summer starts out like the way this one started out, with all the bears stampedin’ out the woods, then it’s best to stick close to home. Something’s amiss.

It’s been a good eight years since 911, which was 56 dog years since 1993’s attack on the WTC. 8 plus 56 = 64. I only see two sixes, so there ain’t no antichrist parallel. So we probably won’t see the second coming this year or nuthin’. Nostradomus done said that 2009 would be a hot summer, with rotten television shows, so you can’t figure nuthin’ from him neither. Maybe this is the year Paula Abdul finally clobbers Simon Cowell.

But I don’t like things being this quiet. If’n I were prez, and things were this hot, I’d raise the alert level to lemonade.
