I don’t live in ATL and if I did I would rally around anyone but Thurbert. Went to school with him and can tell you, he has forgotten where he came from. I truly hope the good folks in ATL don’t vote just because he is black. Things he should overturn, he don’t and vice versa, he is, well I can’t write that, but ATL don’t do it.

Not only will I NOT vote for Thurbert Baker, but I will campaigning wherever he is to remind people of his many injustices towards the people of Georgia that he was supposed to be serving.

I am so happy Thurbert Baker is stepping down as AG, Georgia couldn’t take another term from him. The 1st thing the new Attorney General should do after taking office is CLEAN HOUSE. Baker had some unscrupulous people working under him.

Genarlow Wilson….remember? Thurbert Baker handled this as well as other cases poorly. The African-American community will NOT support him. Barnes is a sincere man, and although white, is more in-tuned with issues involving the Black community. Roy Barnes has my vote.

I have followed Mr. Baker’s political career for over twenty years and he has proven to be a honest and honorable Man. I am excited about his run for Governor and I will be voting for Thubert Baker. Both Roy Barnes and Dubose Porter are good men and I would have no problem supporting either of them therfore in 2010, Georgia’s Democrats will have a choice. I do agree with one of the responses that Jane Kid needs to go; she is a disgrace and ineffective party leader.

Barnes in 2010! Turns out he was right about most things – traffic, bad mortgages, etc.
