Sure, Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee was booked over the weekend to professionally party with his reality TV pal Ludacris at his Midtown eatery Straits.

But the fans who paid the $30 to gain admission into the benefit for the Ludacris Foundation got to rubberneck at more than just Tommy Lee. His band mates, including Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars and Vince Neil all turned up to hang out with fans and “Tyler Perry’s Madea Goes to Jail” actress Keisha Knight Pulliam.

We hear the band nibbled on Straits signature chicken lollipops and sampled Luda’s brand new cognac, Conjure.

The autograph and photo op session raised an estimated $1,000 for the foundation. Lee also signed a set of Zildjian cymbals  to be auctioned off for the foundation this fall (for info, click here, Lee’s tour bus rumbled away from the Juniper Street restaurant at 2 a.m. Sunday.

I’d like to commend Ludacris and his foundation for doing some great works in Atlanta. I hear he’s also giving cars to young adults who need them as well. I think 25 cars. Wonderful use of your star.

Love Luda – he’s one of the few ATL celebs that actually gives back to the community.
