“Grey’s Anatomy” fans have been doing double-takes as “Grey’s Anatomy” co-stars and off-screen pals T.R. Knight and Katherine Heigl have been spotted dining around town.

As viewers of the hit ABC drama will recall, Knight’s Dr. George O’Malley and Heigl’s Dr. Izzie Stevens’ fates were left hanging on the show’s season finale.

Off screen, things are much less dire for the pair. First, they were spotted dining with friends at Aria in Buckhead.

The duo also lunched at The Flying Biscuit Cafe at the Terminus Building in Buckhead where they happily signed autographs for starstruck “Grey’s” fans.

Heigl has been in town shooting the feature film “Five Killers” with Ashton Kutcher.

We hear that while Heigl has re-signed with the ABC show, Knight has opted to move on.
