Atlanta business executive and Spanx founder Sara Blakely and her Marquis Jets co-founder husband Jesse Itzler welcomed their first child, a boy, Saturday.

Spanx spokeswoman Maggie Adams tells Buzz that mother and son are doing well. No name has yet been selected for the newborn.

We’re told that Blakely opted to schedule a Cesarean section since the baby was in a breech position.

Of her baby’s behind-first debut, Blakely cracked: “It looks like the little one was ready to jump right into the family business!”
