I got in trouble for walking in the store where the people are sitting on the stools…lol. Im still waiting…been waiting for 3+ hours. I cant wait to c how the food tastes. It better b worth the wait.

Another run, do not enter the store if the stools are all taken and people are waiting outside. I love Ms. Anne’s burgers and fries with the great seasoning salt. She will be missed.

Well, I have never had her burgers, therefor, I do not know if she is rude or not. However it seems that more people than not will miss this establishment, if and when it closes. But, I can surely tell you that I have been to some establishments with great service and awful food.

Ann is not the mean person people make her out to be. She has rules for her restaurant and as long as you follow them you’ll be fine. If you don’t want to follow the rules then don’t come, it’s your decision. This burger is well worth the wait, everything is made fresh so be prepared to wait even once you sit down in the restaurant. If you like burgers make sure to get out there before she shuts her doors.

I’ve been going to Anne’s for years; I used to live a stones throw from there. I doubt she’s selling anytime soon. She told me the same thing about developer having an offer for her store about 12-18 months ago. Anyway, her burgers are better than the The Vortex, 5 Guys, Fuddruckers and just about everywhere else I’ve tried. It’s like Soup Natzi in NYC. The “service” is part of the ambiance. Frankly, I’ve never had a problem with Miss Anne or her rules. She’s just like your grandmother. As long as you have basic manners and follow the clearly posted rules above the counter you should be fine. Plus, you’ll get a few chuckles when Miss Ann gives it to someone who acts likes they’ve been raised in a barn.

Grew up in Stone Mountain, left for the Army in 88. Everytime I came home for 20 years, I got me some of Ann’s cooking first thing. I even planned my arrival time to Hartsfeld on her schedule. You will be missed.

I can get a burger that is just as good at several other places without having to endure the bulls*** that this place gives. The only reason anybody stands in line for this place is the notoriety and to say they did it. Some people like a “fad” more than a meal, I guess. So while you idiots are standing in line and being scolded like a child, I’ll be enjoying a relaxing meal somewhere else where I’m appreciated as an adult customer.
