The law says it’s not always wrong to kill.
In Texas, a grand jury concludes it’s not a crime to beat a man to death if he’s molesting your daughter.
The 23-year-old father, who has not been named to protect his 5-year-old’s identity, said he heard his daughter screaming behind a barn. When he raced to the rescue, he found Jesus Mora Flores, 47, a ranch hand hired to help with the horses, attempting to rape his child.
Using nothing but his fists, the angry father unleashed a furious beatdown. Then the father called 911 and begged for an ambulance to find his rural ranch near the small town of Shiner.
“Come on! This guy is going to die on me!” the man is heard screaming on 911 audio played for the media Tuesday in a press conference called by the Lavaca County district attorney and sheriff.
By the time emergency crews responded, Flores, who was in the U.S. legally, was dead. His pants and underwear were down around his ankles.
Medical tests indicate the girl was molested.
The father was never arrested and will not face charges. A grand jury heard the frantic 911 call and concluded the killer was authorized to use deadly force to protect his daughter.
The father is just “a regular kid, went to dances, drank beer like the rest of the kids around here,” said neighbor Michael James Veit, 48. ”They won’t find a jury pool here that will convict him.”
The neighbor’s probably right about the jury, but the father and child victim will never be “regular kids” again.

This is exactly why most Americans want the fence along the border built. If this guy was let in legally, somebody wasn’t doing their job. As a father of two daughters, i would have done the same the father did.
So good.

If we allowed every father, the brothers, and the uncles of rape and molestation victims (where there is absolutely no question whatsoever the wretch did the crime as in this case) to handle the matter as this man did, predetory sexual crime would virtually disappear in the USA. We would be a spiritually, emotionally, and physically better society. Think of the court costs to prosecute, and the tax payers housing and feeding the reprobate in prison that was eliminated!

I thank god he found him when he did. If he would not have found him he would have raped the little girl, took her off killed her and dumped the body somewhere. There is no way he would have tried to continued to work for the little girl’s father knowing the little girl could identify him & tell what he has done. So not only did he stop him from molesting his daughter, stopped him from killing her as well.

@sensationalistic I’ve seen the Green Mile – are you saying it’s possible the guy was just trying to cure the little girl’s bladder infection?
Hey you can take solace knowing the guy died doing what he loved best

Do any of you understand or think about what Jesus would do? Im not asking you to condone or like people with serious illnesses, but to continue to verbally assault someone with an illness is not what God wants. Yes the father killed this child molester that was attacking his daughter. It is not a proud moment for the father and I am sure he knows that! Nobody wants to kill another human being, if so, than how can you judge one illness to another? Please understand the way that the human brain works before you think about passing judgement on someone. God bless you all.

If this happened in a different state, it would be a racial thing.
