No crime in beating child molester to death

The law says it’s not always wrong to kill.

In Texas, a grand jury concludes it’s not a crime to beat a man to death if he’s molesting your daughter.

The 23-year-old father, who has not been named to protect his 5-year-old’s identity, said he heard his daughter screaming behind a barn. When he raced to the rescue, he found Jesus Mora Flores, 47, a ranch hand hired to help with the horses, attempting to rape his child.

Using nothing but his fists, the angry father unleashed a furious beatdown. Then the father called 911 and begged for an ambulance to find his rural ranch near the small town of Shiner.

“Come on! This guy is going to die on me!” the man is heard screaming on 911 audio played for the media Tuesday in a press conference called by the Lavaca County district attorney and sheriff.

By the time emergency crews responded, Flores, who was in the U.S. legally, was dead. His pants and underwear were down around his ankles.

Medical tests indicate the girl was molested.

The father was never arrested and will not face charges. A grand jury heard the frantic 911 call and concluded the killer was authorized to use deadly force to protect his daughter.

The father is just “a regular kid, went to dances, drank beer like the rest of the kids around here,” said neighbor Michael James Veit, 48. ”They won’t find a jury pool here that will convict him.”

The neighbor’s probably right about the jury, but the father and child victim will never be “regular kids” again.

The air that we breathe today is more pure now that we don’t have to share oxygen with this creep.

The man needs to be given a medal. Too bad those laws aren’t on the books of more states. Hats off to the young man for protecting his little girl.

If this exact same act had played out in Dallas, LA, Houston, NY or ATL, the guy would be going to
prison…..and that would be wrong.

Trizzle: You missed what I was saying. Whenever you hear of a police officer shooting an unarmed person, they always reveal how many shots were fired. When you unload three clips into a person, then I believe that borders on murder.

Everybody is jumping to conclusions here saying justice was served. You can lump this man into the same boat as Jerry Sandusky, but that is probably the wrong thing to do. For all we know, there could have been a mental/developmental disability that prevented the ranch hand from fully comprehending the gravity of what he was doing.

Go watch The Green Mile and you’ll see what happens when you set your opinion as “the black man killed the two kids.” You have to see all the facts first.

Dad Who Killed His Daughter’s Molester Regrets It, So Stop Applauding Him!

The debate over whether a father who found a man molesting his 4-year-old daughter and allegedly beat him to death has been raging for days now. And it’s time to put it to bed. Cops say the Texas dad will likely not be prosecuted. What’s more: he says he wishes it hadn’t happened.

Oh this sickens me. But as someone above said justice served, and on the off chance he had survived I would have taken his balls.
