The law says it’s not always wrong to kill.
In Texas, a grand jury concludes it’s not a crime to beat a man to death if he’s molesting your daughter.
The 23-year-old father, who has not been named to protect his 5-year-old’s identity, said he heard his daughter screaming behind a barn. When he raced to the rescue, he found Jesus Mora Flores, 47, a ranch hand hired to help with the horses, attempting to rape his child.
Using nothing but his fists, the angry father unleashed a furious beatdown. Then the father called 911 and begged for an ambulance to find his rural ranch near the small town of Shiner.
“Come on! This guy is going to die on me!” the man is heard screaming on 911 audio played for the media Tuesday in a press conference called by the Lavaca County district attorney and sheriff.
By the time emergency crews responded, Flores, who was in the U.S. legally, was dead. His pants and underwear were down around his ankles.
Medical tests indicate the girl was molested.
The father was never arrested and will not face charges. A grand jury heard the frantic 911 call and concluded the killer was authorized to use deadly force to protect his daughter.
The father is just “a regular kid, went to dances, drank beer like the rest of the kids around here,” said neighbor Michael James Veit, 48. ”They won’t find a jury pool here that will convict him.”
The neighbor’s probably right about the jury, but the father and child victim will never be “regular kids” again.

I mean I cannot imagine that seen but I can see me blacking out and rage going through me to beat a person so badly. He had it coming I’m just glad he didn’t pay for doing the one thing parents are supposed to do and that defend and protect our children.

This little girl will have a lot to process going forward. The one thing she won’t have to process is fear this man will come back and any doubt that her father is her protector.

If he hadn’t beaten him to a bloody pulp, he may be buring his daughter….how about that! No way he would have let that little girl walk/limp away after molesting her! He got what he deserved. He wanted to smell some honeysuckle, he’ll be six feet under smelling all that’s planted there!!

Take out the rest of the family? Are you seriously that warped? If so, then the rest of the world needs to keep an eye out for YOU, with that kind of thinking. Yeah, kill the innocent for what their relative did. Or was that supposed to be funny?

I have to disagree with killing always being wrong, I believe our president disagrees with that as well. Guy was caught litterally with his pants down attacking a 5 year old girl, sick or not he deserved to be put down. Guy was guilty, dad saved the tax payers of Texas money for his trial and the expense of room and board for the next 30 years. If all of these pediphiles knew that would be the result of their actions there just might be less child molesting going on in this world. One thing is 100% certain, this pervert won’t be doing it again.

Everyone’s pretty much said what I would have said. Good riddance to bad rubbish and all that. Personally, if I was the sheriff of the county this Father of the Year (no sarcasm on this title) lives in, I would see to it the father gets a medal, and the money that would have been spent housing and clothing that waste of oxygen goes instead toward a scholarship for his little girl, or else towards him, to use however he wished. Give him and his family a week-long vacation to Disney World. They friggin’ deserve it.

Justice is served, but the father and daughter are forever changed indeed. I can’t imagine taking someone’s life like that. It’s sad the daughter had to experience so much trauma at such a young age. I pray she gets the help she will need.

im all for what the father did but come on people, of course it had to go to court, you cant just take someone’s words at face value in the legal system, if that were the case all you have to do is lie and you’d get off scott free every time.
