In Florida, where flip-flops can be worn even in winter, it is important to keep your toes (and not your toenails) looking sharp.
This grooming tip was not lost on a homeless man alleged to have used a stolen credit card to get a pedicure.

Personal grooming is a lost, manly art.
CBS Tampa reports Jonah Lee Troutman, 27, found a credit card and immediately hoofed it to Nancy’s Nails.
After working his corns and bunions, manicurists then had the unpleasant task of telling the man the credit card had been declined.
Troutman, charged with illegal use of a credit card and petty theft, told police the credit card “was a blessing from God.”
If Troutman was homeless in Minnesota, I might agree with that, but it’s going to be 80 degrees in Tampa this weekend.

Now he gets to sleep in jail instead of on the sidewalk. Free meals too. Smart guy.
