Home crash kills 1, reveals pot farm

Life’s never easy for an ex-con that has a gun, a back-bedroom marijuana farm and a neighbor with a jammed accelerator.

It's never a good day when firemen visit your home.

It's never a good day when firemen visit your home. (from Chicago Sun-Times)

Consider the story of Thomas Micucci, 27, from the outskirts of Chicago, who was at home enjoying playing video games with his roommate when a woman trying to back her car down the driveway across the street brought his world, and walls, crashing down.

The roommate, 28-year-old Zachary Isenberg, died when the 1995 Mercury Marquis driven by Patricia Dolton ran him over in his living room, according to an article on WGNtv.com.

Micucci was hospitalized, and police searching the home for more victims found a locked room containing 13 marijuana plants.

In Isenberg’s room, police found half an ounce of cocaine and about $2,000 in cash.

They also found a gun in Micucci’s bedroom, something convicted felons aren’t supposed to have. He faces felony charges for marijuana production and illegal possession of a firearm by a felon.

Only a low-life scumbag would equate marijuana with child-molestation. Old Geezer must like to take it up the poop shoot from his wrinkled old man friend. Get your mind out of the gutter Old Geezer you sick twisted pervert.

I’m glad that Sam and I can agree that growing marijuana is a crime worth being punished the same way child molestation is. Sam, you’d be surprised how many people disagree with the two of us, my brother.

A person who has a criminal record should not be owning a gun or growing pot. One takes chances and there is always the possibility of getting caught. The cops might have smelled the pot and felt they needed to pursue further. More time in the pokey. Oh, well!

It’s basically this a criminal is a criminal regardless if you are considered a “good guy” or not
your growing weed plants and you are a convicted felon with a gun, he is growing that weed to sell to our kids, and if he gets cornered he is going to use that gun on you and me in a quick minute. that woman accidentally killing that person is tragic he should have been more careful of the people
he hangs around with, hard truth but the truth. we have to remember a criminal is a criminal regardless of race creed or color u can’t feel one way about that criminal and another way about this criminal, remember all groups have their bad people.

dang, you people have never smoked pot before I guess, I have & have been molested as a child & I can bet you that the child molestation WAS far worse than smoking weed. the convicted felon with the weed & a gun though was stupid

They’ll have a hard time making any of those charges stick if the guy has a good attorney. You can’t just go searching a man’s home without a search warrant, no matter what the case may be.
