How good is comedian Tina Fey’s impersonation of Republican Sarah Palin?

This just in, Tina Fey is not running for president.
Good enough to fool the former Alaska governor’s network of choice, according to media watchdog Mediaite.com.
Sunday, Fox aired a clip about Palin’s potential entry into the 2012 presidential race but used a picture of Fey from a Saturday Night Live skit.
Fox News released the following statement: “This past Sunday during ‘America’s News Headquarters,’ a graphics error was made during a segment on former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. The producer has since been disciplined and an explanation and apology will be made in the same hour next Sunday. Fox News regrets the error.”
TheWeek.com lists the goof as its best video of the week.
Heads may roll if something similar happens again, Mediaite reports.
A Fox News memo states: “Effective immediately, there is zero tolerance for on-screen errors. Mistakes by any member of the show team that end up on air may result in immediate disciplinary action against those who played significant roles in the “mistake chain,” and those who supervise them. That may include warning letters to personnel files, suspensions, and other possible actions up to and including termination, and this will all obviously play a role in performance reviews.”
Humans make mistakes, fortunately mine aren’t televised.

One thing Palin accomplished before President Barack Obama, was to abandon her state (Alaska) as a sitting Governor. Why did she do that?? Hmm, let’s see…first, she was facing fifteen or more ethics charges. One of which had her husband ( or soon to be ex-hubby) on the State’s payroll while not holding a position of employment with the State. I’ believe that called “theft by deception” or just plain ol’ “fraud.” Secondly, she needed time to find enough Ghost writers to assist her in composing her brilliant assessment of the “Right” and wrongs of our great country in here book “Going Rogue” LOL (she really should have added LOL to the end of that title!), and lastly, she needed more media exposure that being tucked so far away having to fulfill her sworn responsibilities to the citizens of Alaska. While running for Mayor of Waleska, Alaska, Palin promised not to raise taxes for its citizens. Guess what: SHE DID, ANYWAY! Atta girl, Grizzly Beach!! Here’s another LOL for Palin in 2012, and beyond.

Because she is an idiot and because you probably like her because she is pretty. Pretty doesn’t equal smart.

Tina Fey should sue Fake News for using her picture. Caribou Barbie, the quitter and former half-term Governor, current phony reality show star is way too busy fleecing the flock and raising money for the ‘Baggers to actually be the President. She’ll just wink and blink and shake her empty head so the cash will keep rolling in! No need to get involved with those messy facts and figures when your target audience has an attention span of about 10 seconds.

no, i like her because she represent middle America, the average joe, better than any politician in my lifetime. she doesn’t sugarcoat and speaks her mind, albeit slipping up on occasion.
that doesnt mean she would be a good president but honestly our choices in the last election were poor at best.

When Palin was the mayor of Wasilla, she ran the city’s long term debt up from $1million dollars to over $25million. Hell, that’s presidential material right there.

Bulldawg like I said if you want to teach grammar and spelling go to another message board to do that but bringing that up quite frankly is weak on your part because you have no argument for Sarah Palin. None, and like I said you want to be adult and talk politics cool, but trying to insult me like I am uneducated 4th grader makes you look bad not me sir.
