Gadhafi a fan of plastic surgery, hamburgers
Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, who has been in power longer than almost anyone in the history of Earth, wants to look good for the people he’s tormenting.

The Associated Press reports the dictator, who has been stuck at the military rank of colonel for 42 years, had belly fat injected into his face to give him the appearance of a youthful despot, say a ’20s Stalin or ’50s Castro.
In 1995, a Brazilian plastic surgeon received an envelope stuffed full of cash before stuffing Gadhafi’s drooping face with fat extracted from his stomach.
Gadhafi, now 68, would only allow the surgeon to use local anesthesia for the four-hour procedure so that he could remain alert, the article says. During the operation, Moammar, who also got hair plugs, stopped to eat a hamburger.

He has some of the worst plastic surgery I have ever seen. He looks awful.
Of course he is an awful creature. While the AJC feels the need to do non-negative blog on him I just wanted to remind those with short memories, he killed 190 Americans & 270 people total by blowing up Pan-Am Flight 103 in 1988.

Does anyone in the media actually know how to spell his name. I swear I have seen it at least 5 different ways. I don’t get it. Let NBC or MSNBC get hold of it and they will change it altogether.

Who cares? He lives for the press as though he was a celebrity. Just like Charlie Sheen, the more coverage he gets, the more destructive he will become. His 42 years of fame and infamy should end NOW.

@MyPatootie, He’s an Arab and Arabs use a different alphabet, and is written and read from right to left. The Arabic lette sounds translate to our alphabet in a variety of ways. Here’s his name in Arabic and English معمر القذافي Muʿammar al-Qaḏḏāfī The Q in front of his last name is pronounced more from the back of throat, between a Kh, and a G, hence the different spellings.
