We have talked numerous times about mothers leaving their babies in the car to shop but what if they leave a note? What if the note included a cell phone number so you can call her if the baby is crying?
According to MSN.com, a mother in New Zealand left her sleeping baby (looks pretty young) in the car with a note saying, “My mum’s in doing the shopping, call her if I need anything,” the note read (it also listed the mom’s cellphone number).” (Check out the photo here.)
The bystanders didn’t call the authorities on her but did call the mom. They said they felt sorry for the mother.
What do you think? Does a note make this any more acceptable? Would you feel sorry for the mom?
