Dating: What happened to creativity?
One of the common complaints I hear about dating in Atlanta is the complete lack of creativity. From the way single people approach each other – to the first date and beyond – zero creativeness. Dinner and a movie- texting to ask someone out- do you think we get in a boring rut when it comes to dating?
A lot of guys tell me they don’t put a whole lot of extra effort in making an impression unless the woman has that special “something” about them. So if a woman wants creative dates, she has to show and prove a lot before a guy decides her worthy of that effort? Is that fair?
When was the last time you had a really creative date planned? What is the best creative date you have?

S/H – I’m ret to go where? lol. okay. I get it but just so you know I don’t like to share and I have a difficult time getting along with others. frankly your evening might not go as you envision it in your mind. it might go way left. lol.
S/H – when my son was in high school folks looked at me sideways when I’d say I hadn’t seen him in days. he left for school before I got up for work and he had a part-time job after school. in short, we were living life “see ya when I see ya”.

D – aww snap. I’m a mouthpiece for real for real. that’s the number one complaint I get from males in general. “disco is nice, disco is cool, disco is this, disco is that BUT SHE TALKS TOO DANGED MUCH”. lol. a dude just told me that the other day. I think the real issue isn’t that I talk to much, it’s that those fools know I be calling them out on their mess.
S/H – actually in school I did everything that I was supposed to do. sort of like work, I do what I’m supposed to do. it’s at home that I’m a force to be reckoned with. all that being good during the day has to work itself out of my system sooner or later.

LOL! I only really have an attitude when my boss tries to act like I don’t know what I’m talking about or she micro-manages, or she ignores me…come to think of it…I may have an attitude problem also, but it all stems from her! I never got that complaint before she became my boss.

Since I am fairly new here, and do not know the back stories of most of the others, I will say, If i had to pic a deserted island flame to repopulate the earth with, Raqi was on F I R E with her stories yesterday…… I recall she talked about her hubby and I am glad for him but Girl can for real spin a tale!!!!!

Lookie lookie….coming in through the backdoor
I guess for current topic I said it yesterday….lolololol….get it?
Anyhoo, I decided it was time (yesterday) to get off my bum and get back in the swing of fitness
Soooo, I decided to check out the YMCA that my nephew and his friends attend, as well as my niece. Well what did I stumble on if not a gem. I dunno, I guess the last time I stepped in the “Y” was as a kid and I envisioned so late 70s early 80s set up…lol Well to my surprise it’s a huuuuge center, nearly all glass so you can see “stuff” going on. There was karate, a daycare (visble from the street), indoor swimming, an aerobics class (with I’d guess about 50 or 60 folks), a packed gym and a basketball court. I was warmed (yeah I said it), seeing kids sitting alongside the walls on laptops with books open. Soooo, I hit the treadmill while I watched a movie and did half an hour, gotta work back up some endurance. But, I think I’ll go again when I leave here.

This was the YMCA of Buckhead. Didn’t realize it was considered “Buckhead” as I know in that area there’s a line where Buckhead picks up. That’s even better though because it’s on Moores Mill Rd. witch is like what 8 – 10 minutes from my house.

It was much easier tis morning. The challenge will be getting those mugs out.
Yeah, I’m chatty this morning….getting it all out before the crowd gets in. I don’t do well in crowds….lololol I’ve always been sort of “standoffish.” I’m like that here. I mean I do okay and will speak and/or chat…for a minute….but they know not to expect too much more out of me than that.
Alright, I got “stuff” to do today and before my team meeting as well as my 1:1 with my manager soooooo, with that I’ll say TOODLES!!!

I sure wish we were getting real snow and could get tomorrow off! We’ll be lucky to see a few flurries…our HR person sent out our winter weather call list just in case we do get black ice in the morning and delay opening. We are expected to have black ice in the morning. It would be nice if they would go ahead and say “let’s open at 10″ instead of us waiting for the phone call at 6 am…
