When should the benefits run out?
There are some “friends with benefits” situations that never should have started. The arrangement rarely turns out “all good” but somehow FWB tend to last longer than they should. Why is that, though? If you have someone waiting in the wings, how much real effort do you devote to finding something more meaningful?
I feel as if there are certain signs that let you know when the benefits of Friends with Benefits should run out. It should not have to come to a messy end, though. I believe the key is being proactive and getting real about where things stand. Tell the truth when your feelings have changed.
Have you ever gone had a friends with benefits situation? How did you know when to cut it off? How long should FWB situations really last?

I think she may have been on something because she kept fidgeting with her wig & wouldn’t sit still.
Okay that puts it all into perspective…
I would be overjoyed if that baby had at least one parent.

Celi chile I was hell on wheels back then…I still laugh at it myself sometimes. Yep she was pregnant alright..but not by him and they found out when one of the twins became ill and were in the hospital. He rushed down there and said, “I’m here for (whatever the baby’s name is)”, and the nurse said, “The father’s been here already”. I didn’t feel sorry for him at all cause I told him they weren’t his but oh well…

Slim picture it…it’s around 9:30 on a Saturday morning and you’re dead asleep. You hear knocking at the door and get up all groggy to open it and there you see the two women you’ve been playing and lying to..yep that’s fight or flight alright.

Whoa, didn’t hear about that. That’s a wowzer. I dunno, it ain’t right and it’s just plain selfish on EVERY level, cause killing folks ain’t exactly the right answer, but know the crazy with which you’re dealing. You just never know what will take a person over. IJS Not saying he’s right in ANY WAY for taking lives but you gotta be careful when dealing with folks.
The chick that was shot in our building a year or so ago and her bf killed himself. From what we heard subsequent is that she terminated her pregnancy without speaking to him. Yep, he killed her out on back behind the building in the eating area and shot himself, fell over on top of her.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all families affected by today’s shooting.
Mental illness + access to weapons of choice = sad situations like what happened in CT today. I’ve said it so many times … mental illness is REAL. If you don’t think so, look at today’s tragedy, the one in Oregon earlier this week, and every other situation like it. Learn to recognize the signs and do something about it before it’s too late.

Lady – we were all discussing the shooting here at work and it’s pure sickness. If they want to kill folks, as opposed to taking the coward way, let’s put all the crazy’s in an arena and let them kill/hunt each other for sport. What kind of men are you to strap up and knowingly go to purposely kill little kids. It’s absurd!!!!!!!!!!

And that weapon of choice = guns. You’d think eventually people here would wake up and realize that we’ve got too many guns here and they’re too easy to get. Too many people here think it’s normal to have an arsenal of guns. It’s not. It’s no more normal than building a bomb in your garage. The only logical purpose in both cases is to kill a lot of people.

According to the NYTimes – “The gunman, who was believed to be in his 20s, walked into a classroom where his mother was a teacher. He shot and killed her and then shot 18 students in the classroom. He also shot seven other adults.The gunman then killed himself inside the school. The shooting ranks among the worst in recent United States history.”

Crazy ain’t institutionalized like it should be. There are probably more harmful mental folks on the lose than folks committed…which is a tragedy. All I know is, when I see sane folks pulling mental stunts, I’m changing my direction.
I got a small glimsp into the mental capacity of a dude that came off as “sane.” Folks that live for revenge and get back, IMO are just a step shy of people that’s out here pulling the triggers.
Watch the folks you’re dealing with and your surroundings. Be aware of the signs.

The USA has a serious problem with gun ownership. Over 400,000 people in Georgia have applied for and received gun permits that makes them feel it is OK to carry a gun in public places (Starbucks, McDonalds, Home DePot, etc.). The “Stand Your Ground Law” implemented in some states (GA,FL, etc.) will make it easy for people to shoot someone and claim they felt threaten and took action in their own hands whether or not the threat was real or not.
Let this be a wake-up call. Guns don’t kill people. People kill people.

As long as each person is getting their needs meet. If you are not getting your needs met and having fun with mutual respect this FWB arrangement should not exist. Oh, just for the record men get pimped by women on a regular basis in this arrangement too.
