The height requirement
Everyone has those little dating preferences when it comes to looks and appearances. We think that what we are attracted to is a personal choice but I often wonder how much is influenced by other things?
Obviously, the idea of beauty and what constitutes attractiveness gets fed to us in many ways. I don’t know if we are always cognizant of how often this happens. This is especially true when it comes to having a height requirement.
Do you think that something like height can really make a difference in being happy with someone? I know of many women who actually believe that they could not make things work with a man who is as tall or shorter than them. It seems, I don’t know, naive?
Of course we all have those physical features we know we don’t want, but do you think that kind of thing matters ultimately?
Height, weight, hair, teeth, are seemingly small things but some of us base dating decisions on them. Is this a maturity thing? Do we ever outgrow the shallow things or do some of us stick to them?

brat – wouldn’t work especially since the dudes that I would like to choke are usually of the prison cut variety. my arms aren’t strong enough. if I could just figure out a way to choke a brother with my legs. hmmm.

that’s why i’m faithful to my yoga. does wonders for upper body strength. but i hear ya.
if ever i express doubt or disinterest in a dude, i’m looking for him to come back with some
serious “girl, gtfoh. you know who i am??”
i might not buy it every time, but the confidence it takes to even react that was is HOT!
on the other hand, if i get a “why?”, “why not?”, “but please!”, or anything along those lines …

The last time a female showed me DISisinterest I was in this hood azz spot called “the cave”. Its an after hours joint one of the young bruz dragged me too. He’s on mollies, vibin, I’m just standing round looking. I approached some young trashcan azz, foot draggers and joined their converstation and asked if they needed some drinks. I was bored. They looked at me and one of them said could you leave us alone. Even though they were hood rats. It still shook me a lil bit. It had been so long since I got dissed. I told my dog about it, he laughed and said, man they don;t know any better.
