Is inexperience a bad thing?
When you get to be my age *cough*, you go through enough dating misadventures to get a little “wisdom” (see what I did there?) and gain a lot of experience. You figure out what works, what doesn’t. You define what you like and what you absolutely can’t stand. Experience is a good thing. What happens when you don’t have past experiences though?
I was talking to a friend who is seeing a new guy who is a lot younger than she is, which means he has not dated many women. Sometimes, she can tell because of how he reacts and handles certain situations.
Thankfully, she is a patient woman and feels he is worth it.
Do you think that dating someone who has little or no experience is hard? Have you ever been the first love, first relationship, or first lover? Do you feel any pressure?
They say we are the sum of all of our experiences, what happens when our experiences add up to zero??

Well, I’ll throw one out there. The custody evaluator has finished talking to my daughter and she said that while there IS a bond between little cents and her “dad” someting has happened that has made it very tenuous and if it is going to be broken, now would be the time to do it.

(ITL now pushing Bluz off the couch and settling in……) Sooooo, Banana Pudding really ticked me off yesterday. And he’s been calling but I won’t answer……He just IM’d me saying, “How many times and how many ways can I say I’m sorry????” Hmph. I was going to answer him, but he signed off. Nork.

S/H~ IDK if you were here the 1st day I came to the blog, but long story short. I was married for 9 years, we had an open marriage from 2005 on. when we separated in 2005 when I came back I was pregnant with little cents. I knew from jump that the ex hubby was not the father, but I let it ride. Flash forward, we divorced. After the divorce was final, he takes her to be tested and lo and behold, he is not the father. Starts posting about it on FB and threatening me. Just becomes a real a$$. So, now he is suing me for custody and I am suing to terminate his parental rights. That’s the cliff notes version.

S/H – not that it matters but I’m of the opinion that CC’s ex is feeling salty and missing what he used to have and in recognizing that it’s long gone he is attempting to use the kid to make sure that he has continued contact with CC.

And speaking of condoms, I went out of town and left my son home alone for a week, he may have been 17 or 18, so I got him a box of condoms a 20 pack (cause I knew how i was at that age) when I got back I ask him about them and he said he was out, hell I got jealous and wanted to put him out, he was getting more than I was (LOL)

I somewhat disagree with the above statement. Even if the captain can keep the ship in port, if he doesn’t know how to make waves, no one will be getting off…
