Can you unbreak a heart?
I wish there was a way to corral all the bad girls in Atlanta together and make them face the trail of broken hearts they left behind. There are so any wounded men walking around this city. Talk about The Walking Dead – dead inside!
I have heard a lot of horror stories from men who are left bitter, scorned, gun-shy. They tell me they are in no hurry to take a leap of faith on another “pathetic broad” – (That’s right, women often become broads or females post bad breakups).
I have personally had to listen to a man call his ex Satan on our first date. Another, said his ex-wife had no soul. Of course, I sympathize and empathize with broken-hearted men. I have been there before too! I just don’t know if I can handle the challenge of un-breaking a guy’s heart, restoring his faith in women again. It just sounds exhausting! (I’m lazy, I know)
What can you do when you meet someone great but they are not open to anything meaningful because of what the last person did to them? Do you think waiting it out and proving you are different then their ex is a smart move?
Have you ever met someone who is suffering from a heartbreak, yet they want still want to date you and see where it goes?
Did you ever go through a bitter phase? How did you get through it? Did you put dating on the back burner or were you actively seeking a rebound person?

On my way to my MD, I took master level Psychology classes. It doesn’t take much to deduct from your brief synopsis of your relationships to see co-dependency. Now, you wanna take your child and run, but you don’t have co-dependency issues…OK. You need a new therapist…
If you wanted him to know you would have told him – not broach the subject. The more you type the more it’s evident that you’re co-dependent. Take a serious look at what you’ve said out here today…
In the end, I wish the best for your child, she’s the innocent one in your situation.

On the way to my JD I took Master’s level Psych too. That does not a therapist make. Anyone can throw around the alphabet soup after their name and do some elementary head shrinking, but I think I’ll stick with the people who actually finished their PhDs and do this for a living. IJS…

Might help if you start using the word “our.”- I think you meant stop and I was using the term because I tried to have a decent co-parenting relationship with him because I believed tat it was in the best interest of my daughter at the time. BUT, at the point at which I realize you hate me more than you love her I have to protect my hild.
It is very easy to sit in judgement of someone else’s life. I accept the culpability for the decisions that I’ve made and I am taking the steps to insure that those decisions affect my daughter as little as possible. However, just because one makes a mistake or bad decision does not mean that they should continue to make bad decisions out of guilt for the original decision or because of some misguided sense of the need for punishment.

All this talk of salad has me going out to Golden Corral. Before you say it, I eat clean there, it’s just an easy way to get vegetables. I just eat a salad made my way, no dressing, grilled chicken, and water.
I will agree that most restaurants’ salads as an entree have horrible calories, and little nutritional value. It’s freaking shame…

Admission to practice law is when you pass the state’s bar exam. A JD is a juris doctorate in that you’ve complete your course of study from law school. Doesn’t mean you can practice law.
