Ex-files: Should you apologize?
“I’m sorry if I ever caused you any pain”. These 8 words popped up on my text messages last week. I didn’t recognize the number, but I didn’t have to. I knew who it was from. I knew why he was saying I’m sorry. I knew that I was not going to reply back.
After years of holding animosity, the text message actually brought closure. Closure I didn’t even know I wanted. Maybe apologizing for your romantic crimes is a good idea? When break ups get messy, people get hurt. Would it be that hard to make amends and let the person know you really felt bad for the way you treated the?
Do you ever regret the way you ended things with someone? Do you feel bad about how you handled situations in the past? Do you think you should apologize to the person?
Has an ex ever reached out to you to apologize for hurting you? Do you think it is appropriate to respond? Would you forgive them?

@Blackfoote – I like SlimOne’s style, what can I say!? I love the West End because its more of an industrial character and they have some of the best restaurants. Bacchanalia, JCT Kitchen, Ormsby’s, West Egg, Octane, Bone Garden Cantina, Antico Pizza, and Compound is over there. Tend to go out there on the weekends
@Slim – Bocce Ball is a simple game but fun with a group of friends over drinks. Starting to see it at more places around the city

Well, at least there was some sort of metamorphoses and I no longer have to worry about Elijah. I guess the transition is now complete!
Slim – Just don’t go getting yourself destroyed or threatened with such. Remember that was what a week ago? And make sure he’s understanding of you so he won’t have to turn over a new leaf. At least that’s what he said. He was turning over a new leaf to be more understanding of me. Not sure what that’s about. He said we’ve never met????

I’ve been to the Compound once a few years ago and it was super crowded. I’m not sure if they usually have celebs there but it was a multiple celebrity night when I went. (T.I, Keyshia Cole, Diddy, the 106 & Park hosts)
