Post-date surveys? It’s a thing, apparently

I could not stop myself from giggling at this hilarious idea of a guy handing a woman a survey at the conclusion of their date. A survey in which she was asked specific questions that would offer insight, feedback, and critique.

Brilliant idea or some form of social masochism? YOU decide!

The young man, Mike Stolar, admits that he has some difficulty on the dating scene. He believed the survey could better his chances of improving his, um technique to woo women. Or something!

I can not imagine how I would react if a man handed me a paper and asked me to fill out a survey on him and our date experience. Perhaps I would be into it and give total honesty and hope that the next woman would benefit from my opinions. Who knows? My ego is way to big to make my own survey.

I am curious to know your thoughts, though? Would you complete a post date survey? What about a post first time in bed survey?

If you were bold enough, what would you put on a post-date survey that someone would fill out on you and your dating etiquette, behavior, etc.?

If creeping along today is any indication of tomorrow, it’s gonna be dead in here. Maybe not.

disco – Now, your son graduating is worth a big CONGRATS!!!

I have 4 friends that have kids graduating this spring!! Graduation is always such an exciting time!! In fact, I’m making sangria and a poundcake to take to one of those friend’s graduation party they are giving for their 2 sons. Of course, the sangria is for the grown folks! These boys are just graduating from high school, so no alcohol for them. Mom & Dad love my poundcake too.

Other than that, we may do a little cooking out, but for the most part, just chillin. Sometimes it’s nice to not have anything solid planned. Just go where the wind takes you!!

disco – Go on essence.com. Jada Pinkett looks just a little TOO skinny, especially in the face.

kimmie – last weekend I baked a 7up cake. living alone, I immediately froze half of it. last night I was kicking myself for not cutting it into slices before freezing. I would have taken a slice out of the freezer but an entire half of cake just seemed wrong. on my way to essence. will be back.

My late brother’s mother-in-law can bake a mean 7-up cake! I know you could kick yourself for not freezing slices!! You might could let it thaw partially, just enough for you to cut it in some slices and immediately refreeze. Poundcake usually holds up quite well!

Yeah, Jada’s head looks huge!

I’m telling myself it was strategy to freeze the entire half. slices would be too tempting to pull out one (or two) at a time. an entire half makes me hold off until I anticipate having company or something. since the offspring is gone I’ve learned to watch what I bring in the house because I’m the only one there to eat it.

disco – I used to do the same strategies when I lived by myself. In fact, a lot of stuff used to go immediately in the freezer. It was too much trouble to wait until it thawed and heat if necessary. I get it. Where do you have to go for the graduation? Maybe you can take it with you.

ahhh. I would have never thought to take the cake to graduation. of course, that could mostly be because I’m selfish. lol. actually my son always clowned me for liking what he calls “old lady cakes”. the graduation is in Nashville. if you recall I mentioned earlier that I was hoping to have a repeat of a steak dinner I had there a few weeks ago.

looks like we’ve been officially abandoned on here.

Yeah, they’ve kicked us to the curb! I’m about to sneak out of here myself in a few.
