I was watching a panel of men discuss dating and marriage the other day. One of the men stated that to a lot of men, there is not much difference between a girlfriend and a wife. Obviously, this got my attention because I always believed that men had “limited” loyalty to a girlfriend.
Maybe I am being naive but do some men really think that a girlfriend is equal to a wife? Do you believe that dating boyfriend/girlfriend relationships are comparable to an actual marriage?
What do you think is the difference between a girlfriend and wife or boyfriend or husband?
Happy Friday!

I’d say the difference between girlfriend and wife is that one’s wife can also be the girlfriend, but the girlfriend absolutely isn’t also the wife. Marriage should be more than a legal agreement; it should be a covenant with God. And, the relationship should be enhanced by marriage, not degraded due to taking each other for granted, or stop trying, stop growing together.
Sorry for not reading through the posts.

I think Road Runner and Scobby Doo were the two I couldn’t stand watching. Loved all the westerns back then, but liked the Cartwright Family the best.
Liked Courtship of Eddie’s Father and My Favorite Martin a lot.

@kimmie ~ I sure did. I knew his right hand man was dirty. I even think he planted that audio of the President. Olivia looked foolish actually going to meet him at their “spot.” Just goes to prove no matter how smart you are, your heart has you doing some dumbass stuff. To take on his mistress as a client and learn all the details has to be difficult, but she asked for it (more for selfish reasons than actually needing to know everything).

@kimmie ~ meant to type that I was glad when the First Lady said “I thought you needed to see her.” He stood there speechless. Another example of when men think the woman doesn’t know…..

Yep, Adele is gone. It’s amazing how she works her eyes…she deserves an award for her role. That’s all I’m saying.
