According to entertainment reports, singer Rihanna has become a moth to Chris Brown’s flame. Apparently, the two collaborated on two songs and he was even spotted at her birthday bash.
Reading about their reunion made me think about those exes that we can’t get out of our system. It is tough when we should be moving on but are too hung up on someone. Maybe the only way to nudge you along is to find a new person right away.
People often take time after break ups to heal or to regroup, but maybe some of us could actually benefit from a love-life palate cleanser. Someone to distract us from dwelling on the recent break up and prevent us from sliding back to a bad habit or toxic relationship.
I think I have had some of my best dates with guys who were the rebounders – because I welcomed the attention and just appreciated the company. There was no pressure to move things along to the next level, so the only goal was to laugh and have fun.
When you are dating someone new, do you ever ask when their latest relationship ended?
Do you want to know if you are the first post-break up/divorce date? Would it change how you perceived their potential?
Happy Friday!

Yep Leggs, the key word, greed.
It won’t be long before everything from air travel to the price of food will increase.
About time to start getting the garden ready.
The squirrels and rabbits running around out here probably need to be a little careful…….go back to my youth days.

Purple, you have to have residence where you register your vehicles.
The car is heavily modded GT-40. It will never stop throwing codes because I changed the Forced Induction system. It makes 1089 whp on 93 and 1351 on E85. It’s a beast, I’ll be at the Texas 2K trying to break 250 by the cones.

HST, a guy who came to the track had a TT Heffner putting out 1800 GT-40 and had it pass emissions. Something needs to be checked on yours. DO you know “SW” he had the Supra that held the record at the Mile he has a couple of UR and Heffner Cars etc. The counties of Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Paulding and Rockdale all require emissions, so for our “questionable” street legal cars that we tested we would just register them to a dummy business located in one of the other counties.

It’s more of a detergent, means it keeps the heads, gaskets, and fuel injectors clean. Frees sticky lifters and piston rings, removes carbon build-up and oil residue, reduces pinging and rough idle.

ITL SeaFoam is a nice product but you need to know a few things.
If/when you do use it, make sure you replace your:
Fuel filter (if used in fuel tank) – All that junk unclogging in your fuel tank will clog up your filter
Spark plugs – It can/will foul your spark plugs
Oil/oil filter (if used in crank case) – Common sense.. You don’t want that stuff staying in there forever
o2 sensors may be soon to come. It fouled mine pretty badly.
A few other things you might want to take note of:
Seafoam removes carbon buildup from valves. On older higher mileage engines this may be a bad thing because the carbon buildup helps engine compression.
Do NOT let your engine suck in the Seafoam. Pour it in slowly yourself. If you let the car suck it in and let it stall itself it may hydrolock.
change your oil and clean your plugs immediately following the treatment. Also keep an eye on your O2 sensor, as all that crap blowing through the exhaust can foul it.

I have a UR Gallardo as well and it will pass emissions. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the 40, it just throws codes…it’s a Ford. For my insurance, I have to keep my cars at my residences with registration to cover all the extras. I have never seen a 40 that can be a DD that rides on 1800whp (or any car for that matter). Heffner is part of the dick measuring contest as are most builders. My 40 is tuned to run in all conditions and safely. I know more about tuning than 95% of the guys who do it for a living. I’ve been tuning for over 10 years with stand alone ECUs and a WBo2. When computers became compatible with ECUs around 2004 I was really into tuning. Now, I just want to have time to drive them.

Purple, I have never had those problems with Sea-Foam unless it was a German car. Besides you can just put it in your oil, drive to the shop and get your oil changed. That way you skip spewing crap out your exhaust and those associated problems.
My buddy put it in his intake and it completely make a cloud that covered his house and the neighbors. Horrible for the environment and lots of carbons for inhalation…I’ll pass.

HST 3:14? Huh?
You probably did not have any of those problems because you take good care of your cars internals anyone who has a lot of carbon buildup will get that smoke flowing as it cleans.
On your UR Gallardo are you still running AWD or converted to 2?

Leggs, that is too funny because it just happened to me. Normally, I drive my cars like less than 3k a year except my truck which I DD. My GF had to tell me the other day I needed new wipers. I’ve never owned a car or drove it enough (much less in the rain) to need to replace windshield wipers. I too was like WOW what a difference!

@HST ~ last week it was reported we were going to get a lot of rain. The struggle I was experiencing on 285 at night scared me. I went home and pulled out the windex washing inside and out, but relalized it still wasn’t clear. Then “replace the wipers” popped in my mind. When I pulled the old ones off I was amazed, the rubber was torn on both wipers.

Purple, you can put Sea-Foam in your oil before an oil change and it does the same thing as putting it in the intake. My buddies who do put it in the intake undo the cat back (well those who are smart).

HST, is your 40 red and you live in the East Cobb area? I used to go to the Caffiene and Octane’s there awhile back and noticed a tuned 40. Also, I am being nosey so forgive me. I think the base UR package is around $50,000 and the car itself is more than $140,000. How much total do you have in your Gallardo?
