What is it about men and their money?
A guy once told me that he was advised by his mother to never give women money. It seems to be a way to suss out which women wanted him as a sponsor instead of a partner. If a man showed no desire to help a woman out financially, would that be a sign that he is smart or inconsiderate?
Women today generally prefer to hold their own financially. I don’t know a lot of women who have a salary requirement for the men that they date. I wonder if they would look to test a man to see if he would be a good provider, though. How important is being a provider to women?

I think a guy with multiple wives better have a dayum big house with plenty of rooms to hide in. With that much estrogen around, there would be at least one with PMS most of the time. That scares me…especially if there are knives laying around.

A man can call me what he wants but if you can’t present or represent in a way that’s comfortable and in a way where I feel secure overall, nothing doing. Randyt – Jealousy was rampant. They’re were all sitting calm and collected but they said jealousy was the one issue he was having to deal with. Elizabeth made no quams in telling him pretty much…you got it going on. He didn’t even have a bedroom of his own. The three women had their own and he just rotated with each of them.

@Celisea ~ if one doesn’t guard their heart a fool would be made of them. By guarding your heart, you’re simply respecting yourself and your values and not letting the nice words of a man get to you. Words are words, but action speaks volumes! Too many forget to connect their words with their actions.

Men of any day have used wealth to attract women.
Guys, what are your thoughts about your money and your confidence? Are the two related?
I’m sure lots of guys’ confidence is related to their wealth. This may sound corny, but my confidence is tied to my spirituality. I believe with everything in me that the Creator wants the best life possible for me, and I believe that He has blessed me with all the physical and mental abilities necessary to successfully navigate this life. This is preordained, and I draw confidence from that.

Randyt – He was just dumb and camera shy. Oh and the other thing that got me was they dress up on Sunday and HE, yes HE read from their scripture and explains. THEY DRESS UP….the go nowhere. At least I didn’t see them heading out for church. I don’t know if because they’ve been in secret they didn’t attend a physical building but it seems they dress up, stay home and have Sunday Service. He was the man too. Yeah she was putting it to him. He couldn’t find too many words.

@SC well according to the story..the guy’s mama is the one who encourage the women to pursue the fellow as a team. They later added one of the women’s twin sister. I say go for it. Everyone is of age and no children are being molested or sold off…so hey..It’s your thang..do what you wanna do..

I’m most impressed by the things/qualities that money CAN’T buy!
Of course, that mindset has not helped my personal financial portfolio at all! Neither has the fact that I feel uncomfortable accepting any money or any material gift more expensive than a bottle of good Scotch. I may be scraping by, but I’m scraping by just fine on my own, thankyewverymuch!

I validate myself daily and while a man could compliment my flow if I had one he doesn’t. I feel couples validate each other in man perspectives however validation and esteem I think is internal and if you search too hard for others to validate me wouldn’t that be consider thirsty and desperate in a sense?!?
