My new guy/beau is a little on the high strung side. I think he likes the fact that I encourage – ok force- him to relax and enjoy the time we spend together.
I have a really silly, playful side at times and I love to laugh and have fun when I’m on a date. During our first few outings, I admit I was ready to deuce him out! He is making an effort to chill out but I get the sense that he has never really let himself unwind and have fun that much before.
It is kind of fun and interesting to watch him explore the simple
things that relaxes him! What do you do to unwind? Have you found that the serious/intense people you date often are the most fun to be around once they kick back?
What is the most relaxing and laid back date you have had?
On a semi-related sidebar: Why does it seem as if some men don’t want to outwardly express happiness or feelings of content. It’s actually difficult to determine when you are happy in our presence sometimes! What gives?

Okay…nothing that Imma quit on as soon as the ink dries. I know self motivation is apart of it but if you give me something undo-able I won’t stick to it….seriously. Imma try though…draw something up please.

I can do it, PR…write a plan for me. Now, the last time I ran a 10K was 4 years ago, not sure if I can do it now. I didn’t walk it, I ran it. My first 10K I completed in 32 mins. This last one I completed in 40 mins. I was told I ran like a gazelle the first time. 4 years later, I’ll probably run more like a wheezing chipmunk.

Blackfoote – Yeah they didn’t have too many episodes and none of the girls really liked Deion Sanders wife, I can’t recall her name. But out of all of them, they had the most money…seemed like all the other couples were on the brink of broke or being kicked off the team due to injuries. The show I can’t really get into is Single Ladies..ewwww…wack

Leggs I didn’t know you ran. That’s great. I have always been able to walk and distance at that but running the entire time..no way. And to think I ran track in high school.

Purp’s right. Anybody can get to a point where they can run at least 4-5 miles pretty quickly. I hate running — I mean F@#KING HATE IT — so, if I can do it, anybody can. Just go at your own pace — you’re not running time trials. You still get the cardio benefits when running slow. Over time, your pace will improve naturally.

Purp – I really don’t need much cardio as I probably could use some conditioning and Toning. I only weigh 108lbs when I weighed myself last week. I definitely could use some s q u a t s to make my booty a whittle more visible

Funny too I can easily walk outside, right sneakers and walk uptown. That’s what a couple of miles from here and easily. Usually if I’m in the habit of doing it, I can do it in about 15 or 20 minutes.

kimmie,ITL, Leggs and Celisea. I will have it in your inbox(kimmie I don’t have your email so you can get mine from one of the ladies I mentioned or have them forward it to you) before I head out in the a.m. so that is around 4am your time. It’s not about how long it takes, if you walk some etc just do the distance posted and yes you can do it on a tread mill. Stay hydrated, I don’t care about your diet. Just know that once you start seeing yoru body change you will think more about what you eat.

Swiss – Yep sooooo true about the treadmill. I gotta have several magazines to walk about 3 miles because if I’m watching the clock it ain’t gonna happen. Downstairs I can plug into the little thingy on each treadmill and it connects you to the tv sound. That was a biiiig help when I went down. I watched Harry Potter while I walked. Grrrrreaat distraction. Otherwise it would have been ten minutes and done…lol

Slim – One good thing you can be slim/tiny and healthy. My kid is waaay too small. She’s 16 and no one believes but she looks healthy. I’d say around 10ish she dropped the frail look she carried. She didn’t gain weight but I guess filling out some helped. I’m sure you’re healthy looking just tiny.
