My friend Ben thinks his last relationship ended mainly because of his hectic new job that involved a lot of traveling. He believes that his new relationship will benefit from the lessons he learned about balancing work and home life.

Steak can quickly turn into rubber or even leather if you don’t know when to take it off the grill/out of the oven.

I love my meat rare or medium rare. Cooking a steak is easy after seasoning it, cook it on each side for a few minutes(depending on how you want it cooked), let it cool and eat it.

I like to splash my chicken with balsamic vinegar overnight before throwing it on the grill…(or before the beau throws it on the grill bc slim don’t do fire well)
I always thought steak was hard to cook because it’s easy to cook to where it’s too tough. I’m not a big steak person anyway so I leave that job for someone else

This reminds me of an office Christmas party I went to once and there was roast beef as one of the meat dishes…as one of my co-workers sliced into it…it kinda bled a little and my friend and I were like
Soon after that she became vegan and I totally let go of chicken/turkey with the only meat I eat now being seafood…primarily fish of any type but I’ll eat almost anything….especially right now I loooove crabs(blue and Alaskan king) I miss chicken/turkey sometimes but my colon doesn’t. Honestly I feel better not ingesting it…

Black – I’m a PitMaster and somewhat of a BBQ snob. I want you to eat it/taste it without Sauce. I keep it on the side if needed. My goal is for you not to ask for Sauce. Now for my ribs (competition only not for the house) I add a finishing sauce just to make them glaze.

I like to watch BBQ competitions on tv and shows that highlight different bbq shacks across the country. I’ve heard arguments about “to sauce or not to sauce” and one guys point seemed similar to yours Willie…he said he wants the person to taste the meat cause sauce can cover anything and make it taste good but if the meat is good enough you won’t/don’t need any sauce.

Big Brother Bar Exam is getting in some serious cuts on my tail. Try studying anything for roughly 9 hours a day for 6 weeks. The last thing big news outside of law that I heard was Oprah ending her show. I think that was around Memorial Day.
