Dating: Do you breakup when it gets boring?
I tend to get on my guy friends who bounce around from women to women, then whine about not having a special woman in their lives. I can understand not staying with someone they have no future with, especially when it’s obvious they are not compatible. I am bothered when they say that things got dull or boring. Did they ever stop to think that women get bored too?
When you decide to become exclusive and only date each other, that oh so thrilling roller coaster ride that is dating stops. Oddly enough, some of us miss that dizzying ride and yearn to have that same kind of uncertainty in relationships. By definition, that is the opposite of what we say we want!
Do you think that it’s a good idea to dump someone when things get dull? Do you expect your dating relationship to always entertain you?
What kind of excitement would keep a man interested in a woman? How should a man broach this subject with someone he is dating, or should he?

on another note….chris brown needs another PR rep some counseling and prayer to his God for inner peace…he wants a quick instant gratification deal where noone asks him about the drama it will never work that way…his has to deal with reality and move forward in a healthy manner…..

The media interviewed one gentleman yesterday and he said, if they(cops) don’t kill him, he sure as hell will kill you. This guy has no intention of going back to Reidsville, of Jackson GA.

It was heart-felt to hear that guy’s mother to send her condolences to the cop’s family.
She came across as a beaten down, but very caring black woman. She had no control over her son’s actions / behavior. I have respect for those type women any day of the week.

I can’t even imagine have an entire family that way. My grandmother would say you may at least one wayward child, however to have most of them alike would be disheartening.
Live by the sword die by the sword is what may unfold before our eyes. It’s a lot going on and it’s doesn’t seem to be getting any better either! Every time I turn around…gas station, restaurant, etc…folks appearing out of nowhere asking for change. I don’t mind helping, however I care not to have you all up in my personal space as Cleopatra Jones will certainly go into defense mode on that arse… geesh

I just remember that I seriously mis-read what you had written and not having any points of reference regarding you, thought that it sounded like you had some sort of esteem issue. It was something about you not approaching a certain kind of guy.
And I, in a very misguided way, was trying to encourage you. You very quickly made it plain that you needed no such encouragement.
And although we have butted heads on an occasion or five since then, that is the only one that I remember it being about.

He was released from prison in 2009 after serving more than 11 years for an armed robbery conviction in Clarke County, according to the Georgia Department of Corrections. The agency said he had several distinguishing tattoos, including the word “job” with a female on his chest, the words “Robert/dad” on his right arm and the words “mom Azale” with a heart on his left arm. He also had scars on the back of his head and chest.
Hood’s family, including his six brothers and their father, are no strangers to violence, according to a September 2004 article from the Athens Banner-Herald.
Timothy Hood, 22, was shot and killed by an Athens-Clarke police officer on Nov. 6, 2001, after he allegedly held a gun to the officer’s head, the Banner-Herald said.
Another brother, Robert Hood, was arrested in September 2004 in connection with a retaliatory shooting two hours after his father was badly beaten the day before, the Banner-Herald said. The elder Hood was beaten during an altercation, which started after he confronted a group of men. Hood was armed with a screwdriver, the Banner-Herald said.

Anyways…I bought a HRM watch about a month ago. Yesterday, I managed to leave it in my office. Somehow, my workout just didn’t seem like a workout this morning without that watch to gauge my heartrate and tell me my calories burned.

One brother was killed by an Athen cop about ten years ago. The look on
her face, to me, depicted a woman who has been through much hell dealing
with her family. That’s why I only refered to her in the previous post.

With regard to being someone’s entertainment: Between the over-diagnosis of ADD, Tweeting every 2 minutes, and 24-hour whatever — not to mention students’ expectations that their teachers be ‘entertaining’ — it’s no wonder that so many folks get emotionally ripped off with such frequency.
