Boomerang: When BAD dating karma finds you
I think every single woman needs a male friend. It’s one of the most enlightening relationships you can have because it gives you a chance to see men in a unfiltered, uncensored state. My guy friends are fairly candid with me about what they feel, how they deal, and the way they think. It has saved me a boatload of therapy to know them!
When they are going through a tough break up, I try to be supportive. I have seen them in their player days when they didn’t care so much about heartbreak they caused. I have also witnessed the moment when they realize that a female has “their nose wide open” and they are vulnerable for the first time ever.
This is when they get a little taste of what women go through. Men deal with breakups differently then we do but they definitely feel it as deeply as we do, especially when cheating was involved!
How do men deal with break-ups? From what I can tell, a lot of booze and sport fixation. They begin to meet as many women as possible to forget the one that betrayed him. Of course, this doesn’t do anything but distract them temporarily.
Have you ever watched someone who was a player suddenly get a little taste of what they put others through? Were you a heart breaker that seemed to get a little of that heartbreak back in one bad breakup or relationship?
What did you learn when you bad karma caught up to you? Do you think it changed how you handled dating after that experience?

Hurt for a little while, sleep with some random women if I feel like it, preferably her cute friend, sister, aunt or mom that always was a little to friendly with me or any woman that she has expressed hate to me about. Then hate all women for a little while then just jump back into dating. OR just chalk it up to experience hurt in private or just reflect that it was bound to happen sooner or later and make a better decision the next time. I’ve done a combination of it all

Like Celisea and Dreams, I don’t waste my time worrying about what happens to past boyfriends. Life goes on. I’m too busy trying to live mine. I don’t wish bad on anyone, because that mess will backfire on you too. So just keep your head up. The best “revenge” is living well.
As for what constitutes a player – I can’t really describe one but I know when I come across one. And I don’t deal with those types – go rehabilitate with someone else. But everyone is entitled to live their life as they see fit. We all have to live with the consequences of our actions too. Do you.

M., I would TRY to walk away and stay gone for a few days to calm down or I would sneak out if they didn’t see me and set the house on fire after nailing the doors and the window shut. If I catch her with another woman I would join in and have fun then sneak out nail the doors and windows shut and set the house on fire. But seriously I would probably hold them at gunpoint go outside get the gas can, pour gas on them and set them on fire. At some point gasoline and matches will definitely be the solution.

I actually think the worst karma I have witnessed others go thru happens kinda gradually. They spend some of the best years of their lives messing over good people. Fast forward some years down the road. They are lonely, no spouse, no kids, few friends if any. Life is passing them by. That’s sadder than anything to me.

It’s always interesting to me when this question is asked because belief it or not it really is a hard question to answer. What a person says when not confronted with it has no bearing on what they will do when they’re actually confronted with it. It’s too easy to answer rationally when the heart/psych isn’t actually seeing/feeling the blunt of the betrayl. Ask those people who have SNAPPED. You just don’t know how you’ll react until you’re actually faced with that situation.

AKA “MY DAUGHTER’S FATHER” Before my sister passed he would call her and whine to her all day about him and what he’s trying to do and where he wanted us to go and be a family…blah blah blah. Well after she died he called my BROTHER….ummm, not the same. My brother was like dude, I have a SAHM, 4 kids and handle EVERYTHING….he asked him if he thought honestly he would listen or have the slightest amount of empathy for him???? Really! Needless to say that killed off all future calls to any family member…lol
