Does attraction ever make sense?
Do you ever wonder why you are drawn to the people that you appeal to you the most? The fact that many of us singles think we have a type makes me wonder if we think about why. Why does the person with the sense of humor seem to appeal to you more?
If we think about what gets our attention, does it matter why? I ask because figuring out what is behind our attraction may explain other mysteries. Such as, if this type attracts me, why doesn’t it seem to work out?
Reflect on the type of people you have dated and remember what made them stand out to you. When do you know that your attraction goes beyond the “nice to look it” phase?
Why do you think some relationships end when the attraction seems to fade or wane?

Thanks, ladies… Yeah, it’s totally my own mind messing with me… You remember that annoying “dancing baby” thing that was all over the internet years ago…? I kid you not, that’s the f@#king image that was plastered in my brain the whole time… I was getting c0ck-blocked by an imaginary dancing baby!

It doesn’t work out because one or both of the parties involved doesn’t really want it to work out. In fact, both parties have to really, really want it to work out. Otherwise, kaput. It’s a conscious choice.

What do y’all think about the lady that threw acid on her own face and said an AA lady did it? There were posters put up and everything looking for an AA lady fitting the description she gave, fundraisers etc. Now she is keeping her gums locked on why she did it?

Morning All-
On Topic – The types that I found myself attracted to was just that a type. Kinda like having a taste for something until you take a good look at the menu. Sure with types you can always stop by the drive thru and pick you up something quick but is that really what you want. I found that with maturity I quickly got away from specific types and just went with the flow. I can say honestly that first i figured i’d at least try as much as the menu as possible.

The initial attraction can wear off if the person doesn’t have enough substance/depth to keep you coming back. The attraction has to be more than physical… unless that’s all you looking for at the moment.

thats what their saying, LIRR covered in downd trees, Brooklyn and Queens hit hard with downd trees, damaged property, multiple injuries….there were pics on teh weather channel today of hail along with dangerous wind…crazy….

Yeah NY subway system was hit hard and people were scared. This is NYC, concrete jungle shut down by a tornado! Seems like lots of cars were damaged, along with bldgs. I haven’t heard of any deaths.

Melo — Apparently so, man… apparently so. That & maybe the fact that it’s been anything but “natural” to get to this point… with all that the Mrs. went through (surgery & other treatments), when the little test said “go time” and it was no longer just a drill, it was tough to just relax & let the — uh — juices flow…
But, I did empty the chamber this morning & will do so again when I get home from work… So, hopefully my aim is true…
