Morning all…I am in Chicago and watching it snow.

The perks of being single during the holiday is the freedom and ability to do what you want on your schedule. If you want to just hang around or go out you can.

Tip for everyone: Go to the pond i.e. the mall….it’s crawling with singles. I just never feel comfortable talking to women that work in the mall. You know they get approached daily….lol

Also as a guy, you never really have to worry about that conversation of why havent I met your family yet or why do we have to stay at your folks house for the entire day. The real reason is I just dont eat everybody’s cooking lol…I am for real!

I also have the worst Quad-fecta (Christmas, NYE, my bday, and Valentines Day!)

On topic.. Why [lay games with someones emotions.. If you meet someone during the Christmas break then cool but dont just do it to have a date for the holidays.. Thats rude and mean.. It might even get you pimp slapped.

I myself if we werent kickin it before the holidays I dont wanna be all up on ya during the holiday season.. Im not buying you a gift and I dont want to meet ya folks if I just met ya.. I like to play it safe and get to know who you know first before we do all the friends and hanging out with extra parties.. I’ve not experienced a big difference between single and not single during the holidays. I always spend it at a family gathering somewhere. If anything, I would like to change that. I would like to go out of town – mix it up…something memorable.

Sounds interesting, but I don’t drink or hangout in bars and my friends are more committed to family gatherings than me. I do have a guy friend I was thinking of taking in an early movie with on Xmas day, but we used to date and he still tries me when I am kind in ANY little way…they don’t make platonic male friends like they used to…if they ever did.

Luv – Its amazing.. You just have to act like you know where your going even if you dont know.. You know dont do the tourist looking around, survey your area just by exploring it first and once you see its cool then take pics.. Pick a city, check hotel deals and bounce.. Go online, choose anything above 4 stars and you’ll be ok.. They have some sweet deals out there for a one night stay..

Don’t worry. This is a great chance to try some new stuff. Atlanta is cool because you can always find something unique and Atlanta has something for everyone. All you have to do is put yourself in a position to do new stuff and meet new people. Volunteer, take a class (cooking, pottery, etc), get involved with the Church, mix up the parts of towns you hang in, change your surrondings etc.

1. He dated a friend/relative of yours before.

Alot of women just like the attention they get from guys so this is why they like to keep the male platonic friends around…for validation and a rush.

I was reading over in ChaPan one day and they were discussing the many goggles that people can find themselves wearing that could possibly land you in situations you would rather not be in. They tend to change your view and alter your thinking when it comes to meeting folks. The holiday loneliness goggles are definitely a pair that should probably be avoided.

I think the ones that get grief, if coming from the other parent, it’s because they do not want to see you happy no matter what you do.

The only reason the deadbeats get a “pass” is because some mothers are too lazy to make them do what they are supposed to do or some of the mothers have become tired of chasing a losing case. Sometimes it’s easier to just do it yourself instead of chasing someone down to get them to do the right thing. It’s a sorry good-for-nothing man that makes a baby and won’t take care him/her.

Maybe it’s you? Ever think of that? I’m serious. There are always two sides to every story with the truth lying somewhere in the middle. We only hear your side. I’m sure she’s venting and saying the same thing to her circle/girls/friends and I’m more than certain the reaction you get here, or empathy I should phrase, the same probably goes for her. You seem VERY VERY angry and it’s just not good ALLOWING someone to get your goat, especially if you say there aren’t any feelings at all left. The thing you said last week about doing her stylist was mean and vindictive. If I were her, even if we’ve moved past cohabitating in a marriage, that would have stung, as I’m sure you intended. My issue is not singleness during the holiday…I’m bored with the whole family or family only part. It’s like when I take a week or two vacation and only spend time at home or catching up on chores.

Greetings and salutations, my fellow bootleg bloggers.

What’s on my mind this morning? Confessing, purging, evaluating and planning.

Confessing – Hi, My name is SexyCool and I am a semi-hoarder. I had copies of all my home phone bills from 2000 to when I paperless about two years ago, a speeding ticket that I got when I was a freshman and college and tardy excuses from the principal’s office when I was in the 10th grade.

Purging – For the last week, I’ve been cleaning my office at work and my storage bins in the second bedroom of my apartment. I’ve been a shredding, garbage bag toting nutbucket. Determined not to carry emotional baggage, old payroll files, useless documents or 13 year old letters from my ex-husband into the new year.

Evaluating – Again giving consideration to what it is that I need to live my fullest life. Evaluating my emotional, physical, financial and material needs.

Planning to make 2010 an even better year than 2009.

I’m amazingly, awesomely and wonderfully blessed!!! I am finally feeling like Christmas; so, hell yeah, I’m celebrating, bytches!!!

Sessy Cool – I have a confession but I made a decision to never talk about it again and to be proactive about cutting people off at the path before they can even get to my goats..

2010 is my year.. Watch. Im gonna definitely let my nutz hang next year.. Im calling it the year of the Traveling Circus.. Because Im getting back on my continent tours and every where I go its gonna be a like the circus came to town.. Fun and goodtimes abound.. Raqi: I know you asked DK but does he wears blazers? If not, get him the lastest flat screen screen with a blu ray player, sound system and a subscription to Netflicks. That way he can order or download all he wants. If your money it a lil tight find him some dvds of boxing greatest knockouts/fights. If you can’t find any of those thing, whatever you do don’t buy him socks and draws. WE HATE THAT ISH COMING FROM OUR WOMAN!!!

don’t get me wrong, this blog has done a lot of good. the best thing is how i communicate with folks, mainly females. it is actually ok to not agree with the majority and be your own person even if you get the gas face. i love saying how it really is and giving the middle finga when due. no sugar coatin’ it.

Thanks Infamous. The weather forecaster is a good idea because he always asks me how the weather is going to be that day or for the rest of the week. Having the forecaster that gives frequent updates will provide him with info he needs without me having to turn to the weather station or try to remember what was on the news.

I bought him a Blue Ray player last year so I figured getting him the collection of his favorite movies will be good. I also got him a hands free remote control last year.
