I don’t know about you, but I am elated to see 2009 come to an end. It’s been quite a year, to say the least! I can remember having moments when I just wanted to scream – from excitement, frustration, or pure happiness. Are you glad the year is almost over?
As a year ends, I tend to reflect back on misadventures and the adventures. I think most of us learned some lessons along the way, even if they were stressful at the time. What did you discover this past year that taught you something about yourself?
What do you want to vent about dating or being single this year? Sometimes you just need to vent and get it all off your chest. This allows you to move on and leave the past behind you, where it belongs.
This year was like a roller coaster ride, you either want to kiss the year goodbye or give it a one-finger salute. What did you love or hate about 2009?

Leggs – No.. Im not in to paying back.. thats not my job.. Somebody else can deal with that.. Do I think its funny and Ironic? Yes.. You know what DreamsM.. you’re absolutely correct. Adults can do whatever they choose to.
But I just think it’s out of respect for you ex (especially if kids are involved). I mean I couldn’t see myself breaking up with my ex and then my girl getting her head banged on the headboard by him.. That just reeks of awkwardness.
I mean I guess if you don’t really care to much for the oter perosn, that option won’t be to hard for you..
I just say there’s too many men/women out there to keep in the family so to speak.

Noooo…I hardly made eye contact with exs of my friends when they were dating them. Sometimes the guys would hit on me on the sly or look at me inappropriately…There have been a few – he’s looking at me, I’m looking at her and she’s looking at him all at the same time scenarios…so uncomfortable.
I wouldn’t even date the good catches…at least not knowingly. Now if we didn’t know we shared a friend when me met and have been hitting it off for a good deal of time, I may have to have a heart to heart with my girl…but even that is questionable.

Melo – Because She is upset the divorce didnt go as planned.. She was expecting to get full custody and I would see my Son when she saw fit.. She thought she would get some outrageous child support and none of it happened.. Oh and I filed for Divorce.. That was a no no.. How dare I divorce her.. She underestimated how hard I would fight to be a father and be in my sons life.. Then too I guess because I dont buy into her foolishness and I always greet her with a smile..

Melo – You know Im a born hustler.. I have always done something around the cars. The towing business wasnt going so well while we were married because I couldnt focus and having someone that you supposedly love tell you that its a waste of time kinda throws your balance off.. She didnt get any money from the business but I left her with everything and just took my clothes, two tvs and rolled.. Its was rough at first but once i got my focus right everything came together because I could see what I needed to do to get where I wanted to go..
